Great, considering they are really busy ( we usually pre book if we can) and I genuinely thought we'd not get one or wait a while as it was a Saturday, but not only did we get the time, they arrived earlier, and we were home in minutes, we know the company really well now, and the drivers, they are always really helpful and friendly, can't fault them

Perfect service from Advanced Taxis. Booking was very straightforward with excellent communication. Booked a return and both Drivers were friendly and arrived on time, in good well looked after vehicles.

Advanced Taxi was a great service. We made our arrangements online from the US and promptly received confirmation for both of our trips. They were on time, reliable and friendly.

Taxi collected us on time, (3.45am) and took us to Newcastle airport. Very well driven by a very friendly driver. Return afternoon journey went smoothly too. Will definitely use Advanced Taxis again for our next airport journey.

Arranged early morning taxi to airport and mid afternoon return. Easy to book. On time. Excellent and friendly drivers. First class door to door service at a very reasonable price.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend advance taxis. I've used them a number of times and they've never let us down. I needed to interact with the office to tweak our online booking. They responded quickly, were extremely helpful, sorted everything out and the merge with our friend's booking to return from airport went perfectly. Also a driver worked a long shift to enable them to fit our journey into busy school run time. Great service - much appreciated.

Fantastic service, arrived on time for 4 booking. Very friendly staff. I would definitely recommend them. Easy to book online 7 they send a confirmation email with the price of the journey.

Brilliant service from start to finish , thanks ! Booked in advance for airport journeys and all went exactly as planned, great communication and service . Highly recommend .
