It was a great escape room, but even though we were able to solve a lot of the puzzles there just wasn't enough time. I understand that it isn't meant to be easy, but it's very frustrating, particularly with children to do it in the time. I suspect that if we did it again, even though we know a lot of the answers, we would still be pushed for time.

Hi Liz. Thank you for leaving a review. We are sorry to hear you were not completely satisfied with your experience with us. Our escape rooms are played by a variety of people, all of whom have different levels of experience. We want to be able to cater for as many people as we can so design our rooms with this in mind. The majority of our customers, however, are adults and therefore might be why kids can find the activity more challenging. We hope this doesn't put you off coming back to try one of our other games, or our new experience, Otto's, opening soon!

The room was so cleverly designed and so much fun with such interesting puzzles. our hosts (lily, tabbie, and sophia) were so lovely and really made the experience that much better, they really helped us to immerse ourselves in the room. Thank you so much! we will definitely come back!!

Booked it as a surprise birthday event for my partner who had not done an escape room previously. We had a great evening, the room was well thought out and our host, Dan, was absolutely brilliant!!

Great sets, excellent puzzle flow and attention to detail, and our GM Jack was knowledgable and engaged, giving us exactly the nudges we needed at exactly the right time. Pudding Lane is one of my favourites among the 20 escape rooms I’ve done.

We did the TimeTrap Escape Rooms as part of a work team day. We did Pudding Lane 1666 and it was a really good escape room. The challenges were difficult enough to get us all thinking, without being too hard which made it fun for everyone and inclusive. Would definitely recommend.

Jack was our GM for Curiouser and Curiouser!
The room itself is so aesthetically beautiful and fun! The puzzles were really clever and logical and great fun too! There was no guessing which we really liked!
Genuinely top 5 rooms in the 50+ we have played. Thank you Jack for being so helpful and fun!

First time in an escape room so did not know what to expect. However it was good fun and keeps the brain active. Would definitely go again. Staff were really pleasant and helpful if you need help without giving too much away. Excellent.

Amazing Escape Room, very cleverly done, the decor blew us away as it contributed so much to setting the scene. We went with a 12 and 13 year old and everyone solved something and had a part to play. Our host Maddy was excellent too really cheerful and took us on our adventure! 100% recommend!

Went with a group of six to the Curiouser and Curiouser Alice in Wonderland themed room and it was fantastic! The attention to detail in the room is very impressive and you really feel completely immersed and taken in with the experience.
On top of that, the team are very attentive and Friendly. The man with long blond hair and glasses was extremely helpful when we got stuck, giving us numerous hints (more than I'd like to admit!) and even gave us a few extra minutes on the clock to allow us to escape as we were the last team of the day! We have tried pudding lane and will be back for more I'm sure in future!

we had a lovely little experience here on a friday afternoon with me and the rest of the team; i had heard a lot about escape rooms and wasn;t sure what to expect, but we received a very warm welcome, everything was perfectly explained and we just cracked on and got on with it..every little clue was very well considered, all 'progress' felt extremely satisfactory when you have that 'lightbulb' moment and even though we didn't quite complete it all in the time, everyone came out of it with overwhelmingly positive things to say about the experience. Can't recommend it highly enough

I'd like to book for my son's 16th birthday and 4 of his friends. They'd either be 16 or close enough. My son wouldn't want me there. Is this ok? They are all "gamers" and wouldn't have any issues completing the escape.

Hi there,
15/16 year olds would be fine to complete the room by themselves but we do ask that a responsible adult remain on the premises whilst they are completing the experience.

Hi there,
At the moment our experiences are aimed at groups of adults rather than groups of children, and although we have no strict age-limit for those playing as part of a family group, we do recommend players are at least 10 years old in order to fully enjoy the experience.
Due to the complexity of some of the challenges in our experiences we recommend a 1:1 child/adult ratio for those under the age of 14 and also ask that those under 16 be accompanied by a responsible adult.
In terms of room capacities, Imaginarium is our largest capacity room, being able to accommodate up to 8 people at a time.
