A fabulous little micro pub with a good range of excellent hand pulled beers.
If you enjoy a good beer then this pub is well worth a visit.

Visited twice on our weekend trip to ironbridge. First as a place to eat our chips purchased from the chipper next door, the second for a quiet pint after a long walk.
Beer selection incredible and service fantastic. Visited on both occasions as a family group and made to feel very welcome. Ironbridge is very fortunate to have such a great place as this. Must visit if you’re staying.

Huge eclectic choice of specialist drinks, served in pints, half-pints, and tasting measures. Small but perfectly formed, this is a proper old-fashioned pub with a great atmosphere, complete with knowledgeable staff and talkative locals. Dog friendly. The only food on sale is traditional pub fare, such as pork pies, scotch eggs & pork scratchings. But drinkers are invited to consume their own food purchased from neighbouring outlets - including chippy, deli, pie shop, tapas bar and Indian takeaway, all within just a few steps. Thoroughly recommended.

We stumbled across this pub while wandering around Ironbridge and ended up staying longer than planned… I didn’t want to leave!
It’s a friendly and brilliantly run micro pub with a great range of ales, pilsners, sours and ciders on cask and keg, as well a variety of interesting beers in cans.
Bar snacks include pretzel pieces, crips, nuts and pork scratchings, as well as very local hand-raised pork pies (from the highly rated pie shop round the corner).
The space is bigger than you expect and opens up into a bigger area as you go to the back of the pub. The large window there has lovely views across the town and river. During a weekday afternoon, the atmosphere was relaxed, lazy and perfect for a quiet drink. In the evenings, I would imagine it has a lively and friendly atmosphere.
Service was friendly and efficient and the manager clearly knows what he’s doing. This is a fantastically run micro pub and the kind of place I’d love to have as a local.

Really great bar with a fantastic range of taps. The staff are also pretty knowledgeable and friendly, looking forward to our return visit.

Wish we had a place like this local to us! Amazing range of real ales to try. Some really specialist ones too. My husband enjoyed his Imperial stout and I loved the peanut butter stout from (I think) Colorado. The staff were very knowledgeable, as you would expect. Prices were all displayed with the abv and other info and you could get 1/3 pint measures of some of the strongest and priciest ales to try,
Came in both nights we were staying at Coalbrookdale. Locals were friendly, and it was very cosy. We even played some games from the selection on the shelf at the back. Can't wait to come back and try different beers next time.

Small? Yes, but for me, this brings a cosy, family feel to the place. Always a fridge full of unusual cans from small independent breweries, and a ever change line of hand pulls. Cheese and nuts always readily available.

Lucky to have such a wonderful micropub on our doorstep. Great ales in a great venue with friendly knowledgable people. If you love high quality beer this is a great place to go.

Very small pub with a great range of beers and ciders. Very friendly staff who allow you to bring you own food in (including the local chippy).

We have been coming in regularly now for about a year and have enjoyed the last 3 nights here. The cask and keg ale is kept very well with 4 cask and 8 keg to choose from and about 4 ciders. There must be 70 choices in the fridge as well. Staff are great especially Kieran who greets you warmly.
