This used to be full of great shops, but now it's slowly dying out... A lot of shops aren't open anymore...
The best shop I saw was the pop up store, it had so many handmade items for sale and it was perfect!

Took my daughter shopping take away primark jd and HnM there is nothing else there how much more downbank can Hanley go its like a ghost town..

Oh dear, what has happened to this once lovely shopping centre? I was shocked at how many shops have closed down since my last visit. Ill be visiting Manchester or Birmingham the next time i feel like a little shopping trip.

We only really visited the intu Potteries shopping centre in order to eat at the Bon Pan Asian buffet.
The parking was convenient and as we arrived after 4pm the parking was only £1.50 for the rest of the evening. I believe the car park closes at midnight, but we arrived back after 10pm (after watching a show at the theatre) which was only 5 minutes walk away.
You use your contactless credit/debit card on entry at the barrier and again when you leave so no need to queue up at the parking machines to pay before you leave.
There were plenty of spaces and felt fairly secure.
We had a look around some of the shops in the centre, it was fairly quiet for a Saturday and was nice to look around.

I'm sorry but I didn't like this shopping centre at all,could do with more shops and a food court,there a indoor market on the ground level but that was rubbish with over half the stores closed,I wouldn't rush back to the shopping been to better ones thats for sure.

Not bad for a small shopping, but it could become a big one with very few improvements. I was shocked to find there was no food court at all, please bring some five guys, taco bells etc in there, it would make the place way more busier and popular. Would be great to have something for the kids too, arcades etc. Free parking also looks promising. We loved the entertainer shop and Claire's and would go back every weekend if there was more to do within the mall!

I recently came here today with my Mrs and our new born baby we needed a place to Feed our daughter as she was hungry I never complain unless I have too I visited the potteries shopping centre today 04/09/2021 on this day we decided to use the lifts as we need get from the market to the main shopping floor to get a seat to feed our child so we were on the market floor to go up the lifts as one lift is out of order and with Covid people are still a bit Cautious to use the lift with others we enter the lifts with people waiting as there was a person inside the lifts who has a disability I wanted make sure it was fine to be in the lift with there self to able to get out of the lift for our pram and the man in the wheel chair the couple behind us not to judge but the usual ( crack head of Hanley ) were behind us at this point there was no room for 4 of us in the lift a pram a wheel chair and 4 adults and a baby imagine how much room we already didn’t have with out two more Hanley Crack Heads but the man in question was reluctant to not get in the lift with his partner as they had us of there legs but didn’t use the escalators so by this point the man push past my Mrs and said to his partner there. Room when clearly there wasn’t space at all but the man shoved my Mrs with our newborn who was already hungry at this point then I approached I mean (Launched) for the man who did this who was still in the lift and I told him where to go by this point literally no need for Aggression as the temper were already high by shunting my Mrs cause he could use the escalator who clearly had not thought about his actions so my boiling point was already sky high at this point I didn’t want startle the man who was in the wheel chair who was with his wife I kept a cool don’t know how? and tried to keep calm the thing that annoyed me the most is we got off the floor we needed and just my luck there were no security Operatives around when I needed help as my Mrs was in distress I literally was on the move to find who had a radio to contact the security help but I was put into the manager line of sight to deal with the problem I think personally some people who are in the security industry with a valid Sia license need a bit more training as I was informed there not a lot we can do even know my Mrs and our daughter could of been serious hurts and it’s seem to them like it wasn’t a big deal even know it was small Altercation over a lift but more help on detaining the man and woman in question. To educate them in how to keep other safe from harm seem like the staff don’t have a clue how to respond appalling I won’t be visiting here for a while not like there many shops left but do you think I did the right approach?

No shops at all, only shops there are not worth visiting! Full of horrible people, drinking and on drugs. Not a place to take your kids.
