Waited an hour at designated Bus stop SH3 on Colmore Road for 10:30am bus.
Bus never showed and was never seen during subsequent exploration of Birmingham. Canal your operater told us this bus does not exist.

Expected a bus at 2pm
Waited 30 mins from 1.45 and then gave up.

Strange but impossible to find. I thought this was a Hop on Hop off bus but it just wasn't there. Also check the internet for reviews

My wife and I wasted two hours today trying to find this bus tour which has a live website. We found no evidence of its existence and local people told us they'd not heard of it.
If the West Midlands Network is responsible for advertising and delivering this service, they would do the general public a great service by either taking the website down or delivering the service!

We went looking for this bus near Selfridge’s….on Thursday, 15th June…..no sign at all and were then told there were no such buses. On Friday, 16th June we waited at the advertised bus stop SH3 Colmore Row…. as advertised on the brochure. We waited for 30mins beyond the advertised time…. ABSOLUTELY NO SIGN OF THIS BUS. In this day and age it does not take any time at all to delete, modify or change an advertisement online. This incident is a terrible advertisement for Birmingham and one we shall not forget. If this service is no longer operating, please take down all advertising,

When we finally found the bus stop which wasn’t signed, we waited for 45 mins and still no bus, really upset as we are over from Australia and had previously done bus tours and were looking forward to this one!! The 14.00 bus never arrived very disappointing!!!

Waited 45 minutes for this bus to show up with other customers. Nothing on website to suggest it wasn’t running. Bad service.

Tour is not currently running - their website is still active and has all the details of times, stops etc. I waited today for half hour for the bus before searching TripAdvisor, etc.... it was only when I searched for a Facebook page that I saw the message to say it’s not running

We had the 48 hour ticket to hop on and hop off and found it extremely useful. One of the stops was quite near our hotel, and the driver was very helpful with information on getting to places once we had got off the bus. There is an audio commentary as you go around the places of interest and on the whole this ticket was great value for money. As our visit was the end of October it was very quiet on the bus which was good for us as we could choose our seats, and thanks to the driver (sorry but didn't get your name) for helping us out - much appreciated.

We visited Birmingham on a wet Saturday and there were only a few of us on the first tour. More people joined on the loop and quite a number were on the second loop of the day. The driver was cheerful and friendly. The information on the recorded guided tour was interesting but the presentation was too loud and rather over-enthusiatic. By the end of the tour we were pleased to escape from his commentary. Nevertheless, it was a fascinating tour and gave us a feel for the city. It also helped us decide which places to revisit and which ones to avoid. If Birmingham is new to you we'd certainly recommend this tour.
