Hired Brookfleet to take 5 adults & cases from home to Birmingham Airport at a price of £66. On holiday I decided to use their web site to book a return home taxi & duly received an order confirmed message.
After collecting our cases at the airport I rang Brookfleet to arrange collection only to be told they did not collect from Birmingham airport without prior payment & my confirmed order was cancelled. They simply ignored their own system.
We were forced to use a black cab instead & thank god we did, a cleaner, more modern vehicle at a cost of £32.80 less than half what Brookfleet charged us for the same journey.
Although having used Brookfleet occasionally in the past I shall never do so agin

Ordered Taxi the day before so it would be on time with out any hassle. On both occasions they have been late. And made me late for work. I complained to the manager saying the hole point calling the day before is that my taxi would be on time . Not making me late for work as I complained he told me to go somewhere else and cancelled my taxi I would not recommend this taxi firm to anyone!!!!!!

Awful service and disgustingly bad operator, leaving people at night in cold weather without help. Promised me the car, but it was lie, the car never came. When I called again, the operator said - I never promised you nothing. When I asked, may be it was different operator who told the car definitely will be available, this rude operator said - we don't go to that area. But she lied, I used this taxi to that area before. Obviously, they didn't want to do the service, because they are unprofessional people.
Taxi company like this shouldn't be exist.

Brookfleet took us to Birmingham and we booked them to bring us back at 30 mins past midnight. They were late so I rang to be told by an automatic message that I had a car booked for 12:30. The brookfleet app showed nothing. No car visible. After waiting 20 mins I rang and eventually spoke to someone who apologised and said it would be with us in 20 mins. Again nothing on the app until 20 mins later when app said car dispatched and would be with us in 20 mins. Eventually turned up 1 hour late. It was a freezing cold night and we were left outside in it for an hour. We only had thin clothes on and almost got hypothermia. The taxi driver apologised but agreed it was a poor service. I used their app to complain but got no response. Terrible service will not be using again.

USED THEM LAST NIGHT OR TRIED TO,
MINIBUS PREBOOKED FOR 8 adults. 10 mins before they were due I had a call to say no minibuses but will send 2 taxis for same price. 1st taxi turned up late and said he could take 3 passengers. Then another taxi turned up a further 10 mins later for the 5 others but could only take 4 passengers and said sorry you will have to call office to sort it - I’m going! In the end we abandoned the taxi service altogether. Terrible! Customer service NIL. Punctuality NIL. Organisation NIL. Helpfulness NIL.
Will never use again absolutely terrible service

I’d score nothing if I could it’s gone downhill. There always late and can’t even pre book one no wonder half the drivers have left. There’s only a handful of drivers who are pleasant.

Having been loyal customers for a number of years, the company were happy to leave us stranded and cancel our booking even though we had booked it 6 hours before!

Useless taxi service.
Used this company 4 times this week.
When you call direct you get an automated machine that recommends using the app. I downloaded the app and every taxi I needed, I booked at least an hour in advance each time, yet it still came a minimum half an hour late each time. I rang to complain and the operator wasn't inerested - telling me I was an add on job - I tried to question this beens as I had booked an hour in advance and for a specific time slot - although the operator was apolgetic they couldn't say much except I was an add on. The operator also informed me that the waiting time on the app is inaccurate - so whats the point in it being there?
When our taxi finally arrived tonight (over half an hour later than booked) I didn't feel safe. The taxi with the reg UEZ 5248 (silver corolla) drives like a moron, over the speed limit and dangerously over taking other cars because he is too impatient to get to his next fare.
AVOID!!!!!

Awfulllllll service, contradict themselves and charge incorrect fees, also no point pree booking a taxi as they don’t send them on time anyways! They are awful. Avoid at all costs. No point phoning the office for assistance either as they disconnect the call on you when you question their customer service.
