Went with some friends to the med ball I have never witnessed security stuff so vile in all my life they are bullies marching people out for no reason aggressive manner bad language it was terrible. I will never be going there again and I will not be recommending it either Jay

I have always felt welcome here , I sit outside Londis in the ICC every weekday morning reading my book before work and I am always greeted by either a wave or a hello , and most of the staff are very helpful and lovely . Especially Connor, he is one in a million he's always so friendly, makes the place great. Thank you for such great service

Below average experience at Subway in the ICC. Service was a bit slow considering we were pretty much the only customers at the time. Hash browns were nice, but a little soggy. Dips provided with the sides were good portions, and the garlic slices were tasty. My husband paid on card reader and payment was approved/confirmed. Staff then accused my husband of not paying!! They would not accept the fact he had paid until he showed them evidence via his online banking app. Staff then admitted the reason a receipt hadn’t been printed for our purchase was due to them running out of till roll!! Very poor, unprofessional and unacceptable way to treat customers!!
The actual ICC venue interior seemed clean and modern. Enjoyed a visit to Castle Fine Art which had a great Star Wars exhibition that two of our party really enjoyed!
Not impressed that some of the toilet facilities within the building were closed in the middle of the day at a weekend.

I went to this place for a presentation evening of 120 people.outside free disable parking spots are limited presenting a bit of a walk from the multi storey parking. The security did not know where the hall was even though I had a number.The signs are discreet and cannot be found. The bar in my hall did not have draught beer and charged me £7.00 for a can of Stout. I can buy 4 for £5 elsewhere. The food was tasty when it arrived and the tables were cleared speedily. Interestingly there was no salt and pepper on the tables. I cannot fault the staff serving. The prices of the drinks will make me reconsider visiting this place again.

Shen Yun was at the ICC. The staff were very polite and helpful. The show was fantastic I would watch again but it’s very expensive in a wheelchair at £127 for a ticket. One of the best shows I have ever seen in my life. Colourful and great dancers a must to see. I loved it and did not think anything could best the Lion King but this did.

Was good to return to Starbuck's again this lunchtime.
I had a Tuna Melt Panini, Chocolate Twist and an Americano coffee.
Have been coming to Starbuck's for a long time with my local social group now and have always enjoyed the food, coffee and excellent customer service and this was no exception.
Looking forward to returning again very soon, well done guys!!

If you don't have tickets for something it is pretty boring, but it is probably different if you will see something special. We saw a nice atelier, but for the rest there is nothing much to see.

A group of us went to see Shen Yun. I initially wasn't attending but I was gifted a ticket. I thought the person who gifted me this ticket was my friend. OMG. I have never been so bored in all my life. The dances and choreography was repetitive, the 2 hosts more cheesy than cheese on toast and to top it off we were subjected to an out of tune opera singer. This was one time I wished I had a BGT red button.
The show was so bad we were laughing hysterically. I was going to ask for my money back, I mean £85 could have got me half a tank of petrol, however I was reminded I hadn't actually paid for a ticket. £85 !!! I mean even Dick Turpin wore a madk. 2 hours of my life I'll never get back.
The ICC, however, is a good venue.

I attended the Annual Apprenticeship Conference 2022 as an exhibitor this week. What a team the ICC has. Every person who who we interreacted with from arrival and set up where so very helpful - the fantastic Events Manger Stuart, and the technical team who sorted out an issue with our setup.
Once the event was underway we really felt well looked after and made to feel welcome by the door security, left luggage team, the meet and greet staff, caterers technical and cleaning teams. Well done ICC, your staff are a credit.
