I booked for us to go to the Go Karting for my boyfriends birthday and booked a family session as it said suitable for children 8 years +. This is false advertising. It is not suitable for children around this age. The karts are petrol and although the children are put in slower karts than the adults, they are on the same track at the same time as the adults who have 200cc Karts going extremely fast! Also because the children could not handle the karts they kept crashing and this meant that our first race was pretty much ruined by having to stop constantly (with the clock still running). My nephew (8years old ) got injured and then had to sit by himself upstairs waiting for the adults to do the other race. If it was advertised appropriately we would not have taken him with us.

Had a good time, although one of the staff members Amy or Aimez, I believe, had a really bad attitude. She needs to learn how to interact with customers because her attitude stinks and the way she speaks is disrespectful.

cutting our sessions short for no reason instant black flagging people who make a mistake will definitely not return

What a wonderful experience. We were a group aged from 10 to 73. We were very well looked after.
The staff from reception to trackside were excellent welcoming and professional.
Well done to all.
We will be back hopefully to improve 👍🙏

It was an excellent experience and a wonderful service. Our guide Kam was especially helpful and friendly. It’s the perfect place for adrenaline junkies and a great way to spend time with friends.

We had fun with family the place was awesome and we were give extra time in the track. I can recommend this place to families and friends day out.

Disappointed to to be landed with an unexpected £70 bill on the day for balaclavas when these were stated in our booking as included. Would have liked to know in advance if we were going to incur additional charges or at least some clarity on what is included and what is extra.
Otherwise, the facilities were good and the actual karting experience was a lot of fun. Staff were helpful and allowed everyone to have a good time without being overly officious. The format of 2 x 15 mins sessions was a great way to spend the afternoon.

Came for my sons birthday, we had a great time. The staff were friendly and helpful. For my first time Go Karting I had an amazing time. Will definitely go again.

Teamsport birmingham building is so old, the reception area and upstairs reception/waiting room are smelly, and unclean, patrons leave all the rubbish everywhere and non one tidy up the place, the racing area looking so tired, dusty, dirty and worn out, very dim lighting, Karts some of them are good some aren't good/ well battered ( expected ), there is no black & white flag for offenders, it takes very long to clear yellow flags and red flag stoppages sometimes for no real reason, the last phase of the fossil fueled karts are still great fun and the upstairs canteen are the only pluspoints, Team sport Birmingham needs a proper overhaul, its now too tired & rundown place. Please do something about it.
