Visited for our second time and tried Scarlett this time, decent puzzles and that tbf however one bit that through us off and therefore wasted time was one of the padlocks was already unlocked and on the side for one of the tasks so therefore threw us off

Had the best time doing Scarlett today, our escape room helper Zack was absolutely brilliant, he made us feel so welcomed and answered all of our questions and a really lovely guy. Will be coming again thank you so much !

Been to this particular venue twice, and frankly will probably keep going until we've exhausted all the games they offer. Immersive well thought out games, friendly staff.

I have been to this escape room company on a few occasions this past year. Their rooms are pretty average - whilst the clue system and sheer number of rooms is great, the solutions are often too difficult to figure out, but not in a "huh, that was clever" way, but in a "huh, that was dumb" way.
If you're wondering why they have so many 5 star reviews, it's because they have a sign in reception offering a discount if you give them a 5 start review on Tripadvisor. This not only breaks the rules of Tripadvisor, but is also illegal in the UK. I would give them 3 stars, but have lowered it to 2 stars because of this.

Welcoming atmosphere from minute one as with all visits here. Our game master Dominic was incredibly helpful with explaining the rules and with the first initial hint. The experience throughout was amazing and me and my friend loved it. Can’t wait to escape another room

I had an amazing experience in Alcatraz room with my partner. The puzzles were so fun and had my brain thinking. Highly recommend

We are so pleased to hear you had a great time in Alcatraz! If you want to try another game to get your brain thinking, I recommend Down the Rabbit Hole, which is also a level 5 difficulty room. We hope to see you for a game soon!

We recently came to play heist, had such a great experience our games master neha was so lovely. The puzzles in the room were really fun to do !

We came here to celebrate my son's 10th birthday, and even though we didn't pass the gate in the end we had a great fun!! Thank you for providing a great facility and nice service to us.

Great time! I had two groups running at the same time, where we did Jungala and Alcatraz. The rooms were creative to use multiple rooms and had an appropriate amount of difficulty

We played the Jungala escape room and loved it from start to finish. The whole experience was really good. The team were really helpful and friendly. Looking forward to going back to play another room

Yes. I would recommend you call Escape Reality and they will also recommend which rooms are suitable.

Should be alright for kids, but do speak to staff when booking, they are very good and will have an induction with everyone.

Hi Cat, sorry i missed your message, if you have not yet done the Jungala escape room i would recommend it. The kids will be fine along with the 2 adults to help guide them along and maybe help with a couple of tricky puzzles :)
