East Riddleston Hall isn't a large country house, but the floors, ceilings, and wooden panels are all original from the 1700's. The items in the house were purchased by the trust but all represent the time period from when the house was built.
There are some glorious gardens in the back, and a lovely lake in the front.
I can only presume that there are grounds in which to walk as the parking lot was full when we arrived, and there were not many people touring the house. In fact, the woman who greeted us at the door was quite excited to have someone actually going through!

On our final day on holiday in the area, we visited East Riddlesden Hall.
We arrived & even though the car park is not one of the best in terms of how much space there is compared to other National Trust places we have visited, wedid still manage to get a space to park.
The building itself is very nice & the pond is too where the ducks happily swim about, there were plenty of guides who really knew their stuff.
All in all, a pleasant place to visit.

Wonderful place with great knowledgeable staff. The grounds are well kept and well maintained. Lovely setting too. Would definitely recommend and a picnic area by the lower car park with plenty of tables

After getting a years membership few weeks back we decided to visit here as not too big a drive . Got to say I was disappointed. You literally don’t need longer then an hour , and that’s including walking the grounds , and having a cuppa . Not much to see at all . If I’d of been paying £5 would of been a bit steep to be fair , I’d expect half of that . Not sure I’d recommend this property think there’s much better trust properties out there .

Drove in, went to 3 parking areas and had to drive back out and go elsewhere. Looked lovely, wish I could have stayed for a visit but very limited parking, which sadly not being from the area made our decision to leave

Tranquility is not quite the word for the day of our visit. It was half term holiday and the place was extremely busy with children, many of them in Halloween outfits, excitedly looking for pumpkins, spiders and bats, ticking them off on their worksheets. It was a lovely atmosphere with well-behaved youngsters. In the outside activity gardens kids can make mudpies and do other exciting things. A small child was playing the wind chimes, not just randomly but playing Twinkle, Twinkle Little Star note perfectly. Yes, the house is extremely interesting and the volunteer guides provide knowledgeable information. Nice café. A lovely place to visit with or without children.

What a lovely place. Good parking and nice grounds. Really interesting house and enthusiastic friendly volunteers. Well worth a visit, NT and not expensive to go in. I will go back in summer as I am sure the gardens are really lovely, although autumn was very nice. Cafe and shop.

Wonderfull place. wonderfull gardens, although affected by the dry weather, great group of gardening volunteers too...
just one issue - grandchildren wanted to do some 'rubbings' of the wooden blocks in the shed in the garden, and were not able to do so. no paper, and only one coloured pencil. One of the gardening volutneers kindly went and found some paper and crayons for them children to do this

I took the bus from Saltaire as staying there on holiday, a nice journey out. I was very impressed with all the buildings. I loved the barn especially as quiet and not as busy! The actual hall and interiors are beautiful, such history and well preserved. All the gardens and plants were also beautifully kept. The cafe was understandably busy but I had a delicious jacket potato with tuna (think had added lemon zest or juice, yum!!)

We had a wonderful day here with the family! Beautiful setting, good access, lots of parking, clean facilities and wonderful gardens.

I don't honestly know . all I can say is that I would describe their catering services as somewhat constrained and I think it's unlikely.
