More staff to take phone calls and a better website that supports customers to build their membership properly to reduce the need for customers to call.

Always been a good ground to visit for Rugby League. New stands have improved it. We were in the West Stand, with a great view across the ground. Parking around the area a bit of a bind, so get there early!

Been here many times over the years for Tests, including That Sunday in 2019. Bar service in the Long Room seems to have become clueless, as has the stewarding, where people are allowed to get up and down from their seats at any point. Part of the responsibility lies with spectators not knowing how to behave too of course. Last time we were there two eejits in the Western Terraces had a fight, and as collective punishment all bars in the ground were shut. Why not just police the bad behaviour more proactively?

This remains an iconic venue for cricket lovers with great views from every seat.
The museum is a proper tribute to those who have worn the white rose with pride in the past.
The only downside is the poor catering and bar service. It shouldn’t be beyond the wit of man in this day and age to have an efficient bar service. They must lose loads of sales from punters who can’t be bothered waiting in the long queues.

Recently went to watch Durham t20 game against Yorkshire. Walked into the elsouth east end. To my surprise we had padded seats. These were fab and well done headingley.
Apart from that (not soar grapes) the atmosphere was very poor and a bit boring. A boring mascot just walks around blowing kisses to the crowd with a few hugs.
At Durham we have two mascots that interact with the crowd at all times and mock the away side, all light hearted
Half time entertainment with Presenter on the pitch and kids playing quick cricket and even throwing freebies into the crowd
The crowd on Friday night only barely came to life while York’s gained a lead
Please can you inject some atmosphere into the ground

Rhino’s Headingley experience – NO THANKS!
Last night's Leeds Rhinos "Headingley Experience" left me feeling traumatised and victimised. I was invited to attend the match by the University of Leeds Rugby League officials with Sharon Burke to take a couple of photographs of the minutes silence before last night's Leeds Varsity match to honour James Burke who sadly had taken his own life exactly five years ago. A Rhino official told me I couldn't take any photographs, even though I was not on the pitch but on the terracing of the East stand. I explained the situation in a calm and rational way, only for the Leeds Rhinos Heavy Mob to come to forcibly remove me from the stadium! I was informed that a number of CCTV cameras were viewing and recording me, apparently there were now more lenses focused on me than would have been focusing on Prince Andrew coming out of a lap dancing club, allegedly! Their complete disrespect throughout the minutes silence was disgraceful. However if you are wearing an expensive Rhinos replica shirt then it is pefectably acceptable to shout vile homophobic and racist comments (ah yes Headingley and racism) and not a Rhino official or jobsworth in site I remember when Headingley Rugby and Cricket ground had a unique and special feel when matches were played there, now it is just a corporate money machine without any "fans" only customers. At £8 a pint at the mobile bar and the back of the East stand I was glad I have been tea-total for over 500 days! Thanks Rhinos for the experience and don't worry me or my camera will not be returning instead I'll go and watch Bramley versus Fryston at Leeds RU this afternoon where a warm welcome will be guaranteed from three proper traditional rugby clubs.

Apparently headingley is one of the better grounds in super league,and I was looking forward to seeing the recent improvements.unfortunately there isn’t much to recommend it to visiting fans.It is quite difficult to find, and the road signs are few and far between.Parking is none existent,but if you get there VERY early you may be able to find some on street parking.The away section is an open terrace, and in my opinion is one of the worst in the league.Some of the stewards had an appalling attitude and seemed to revel in their superiority.Apart from Warrington snatching a win,this was not a good visit.

Visited for day 2 of the India test. This is a fabulous arena and the day was perfect with a great atmosphere.
The only downside was that the bar in the Long Room ran out of the one bitter they were offering by 2.30, which is quite incredible.

Had the pleasure of visiting the ground for the Eng vs Ind. test match . The stadium is impressive in a leafy location which is not hard to find ! The staff were welcoming and helpful ! The services I.e food and bars were not that great and there didn’t seem to be any form of queue control for them . As for the ground and seats they were good and had clear site lines of the ground and playing field .

Locals were nice, except for a needledick from Manchester who was a walking melanoma.

Have a guess? It's Yorkshire, in Leeds which used to have am excellent brewery until it was bought by the big boys and shut down. Got it? TETLEY'S. I have no idea where it is it now brewer but not in the original Tetley-Walker breweries. Comes out of a machine with two nozzles into a plastic "glass", £1 deposit, non returnable but glasses exchanged with new pint. Well that's what was in the outside bar. Lanky Member but did not go in Pavilion. Stew

Once a sponsor provided blow up ones but that was a rarity. So fetch your own. The new stand has whoop whoop padded seating. But it should have free drinks as well for the cost involved

Depends where your seat is, Lots of bars everywhere. They all charge the same. For beers you need to buy a plastic glass for a pound then its £5 a pint.
The distance depends on which entrance your ticket says you use. Never arrived by coach, always use the bus from the railway station
