Ya is simply incredible . I have tried so many other people at other places (not rosa ) and nobody compares. She is the sweetest funniest loveliest lady who is exceptional at what she does! I was her last of the evening and knew she had a long day but she never let it show in her massage! She gets through every knot and I feel like a new woman as I always do with her! WOW - she is the best in the business!!!!! From Lucy

Amazing massage from Pepsi, to help me prepare for my Marathon. I visited the Oxford place store it was very clean and a nice experience, I will return.

Great massage the lady Pepsi was very friendly and at extremely good at her job . I’d recommend to anyone this is the best about . I’ve tried a lot of other in West Yorkshire and this wins hands down . Gordon Leeds

Had a couple massage after receiving a recommendation from a friend who had recently visited. Well we weren't disappointed! From the min we arrived Pepsi and Tik made us feel so welcome. We booked the 90min massage and so glad we did. Tik checked throughout the massage that the pressure was right and it was perfect. The best massage I've ever had! Definitely got rid of those pains! Pepsi massage my husband and he said the massage was very good. Exactly what he needed! Thanks so much girls. Highly recommended going to Rosa City Centre and seeing Pepsi or Tik. We will be back!

Had an amazing massage by Pepsi and Tik, first time Thai method, left feeling happy. Would highly recommend. We definitely do it again ☺️😍

Went for my 4th massage as Rosa thai, the masseuse was Ya. Took all my knots etc everything was perfect. See you again soon.

Did my 1st deep tissue Rosa Thai today and I LOVED it - The place was welcoming, clean and all staff made me feel welcome. My masseuse YIM made me feel comfortable and the massage was AMAZING - I will definitely repeat and recommend this - I used the Oxford place just in Town - THANK YOU Yim ❤️

Having visited you in the past and having enjoyed my massages could you please tell me Rosa why my complaint I made to you in August 2018 has not been resolved? I have emailed you countless times and also messaged you on Facebook only to be ignored. I would appreciate an.answer and resolve to this matter. I am not going to let it lie. Thankyou. Paul Johnson

Having revisited rosa at kirkstall rd, the matter has now been resolved.
I have since had a 2 hour hot oil massage which was very enjoyable and relaxing.
So......
Back to being happy to continue using rosa thai massage .....infact i now have a friend attending today with myself for his first 2 hour hot oil treatment
