Lovely venue for me and the kids to have an evening of fun. Had to wait a little while but that’s understandable with covid but a great evening.

Rude staff ( Courtney ) was rude with me and my friends multiple times and I will assure you we were polite and using manners and she was rude with us for not particular reason .As my friend was putting on her shoe she rushed us too lazer tag , 1 minute later she was tying her lace and she shouted at us to get there, we went and we’re waiting for 10 minutes until we told a member of staff and sent someone who came 5 minutes later . So after been rushed over we waited 15 minutes.

On the day of the party we booked a party group for the laser quest. Unfortunately on this day it was Inadequately staffed and disorganised - not worth the money. The laser experience for a party of 18 was not well supervised. The young person supervising was overworked and unenthusiastic. The party was a real disappointment. I would not recommend this to others.

In its golden era this place was a treat to come to. But with the clock now ticking as the site is being turned into houses, they have given up, everything is just slowly breaking and degrading. The balls have all got massive divets and chuncks taken out of them, they tell you to just kick the sides down yourself and they never really go down properly. Lanes are constantly failing and only 4 staff in on a busy Sunday night?they don't even bother with the shoes anymore.
Also, it's extortion the amount they charge. Only a Sunday night is a good deal.
I would suggest to anyone to either go to Slough ,Bracknell or Wycombe.
It's a shame, but it's time to say goodbye to this place.

When I was a kid, this place was busy! State of art arcade and bowling. Sadly its been poorly maintained.
It was almost empty at 7:30pm but picked up by 9pm. We booked the last available 3 lanes so why was it empty? Most of the lanes do not work. And those that do barely work long enough for 1 game, let alone two. One of our lanes had to be moved Twice because their lane stopped and couldn't be fixed. Another lane moved once. 3rd lane had to be reset twice.
Even the sparsely populated arcade had issues. The minimum staffing levels giving half-hearted apologies because they can't sort it and they don't entirely care - I can't blame them.
Really disappointed. Used to love it here. Could be so much better.

Great place to take bored teenagers, with lots of other games around for them to try, but it is expensive

We booked a recent trip here as a saturday morning treat for my 2 kids (11 and 8 Years old). I booked and paid for it online the day before. Parking is difficult on Saturday mornings as the car park is shared by the nearby magnet leisure centre (I think I paid £2 for 2 hours parking here). On arrival I tried to show my online booking confirmation to the staff at the counter to get our lane, and although there were 2 young ladies behind the desk they were chatting to each other over a clipboard and refused to acknowledge me for a full 10mins. Just a 'be with you in a minute' would have been nice.
Eventually another member of staff arrived and allocated our lane. Apart from a kids party and a few other families it wasn't particularly busy, probably as this is an un-discounted time of the week. so we were disappointed that the next family who arrived were allocated the lane next to ours to share the computer and ball return.
Halfway through our one booked game, our lane crashed and the lights went off the pins weren't reset. We spent 10 mins looking for a member of staff to help, there was someone at the bar and another person looking after the party but everyone else had completely disappeared. Eventually someone retuned to the front desk and we were able to get the lane re-started and were able to finish our game, but no apology was offered for the problem or the lack of people to help.
I have to agree with the other reviews it is looking a bit tired around the edges, but when the lane was working we enjoyed our game of bowling. It is a shame that the Saturday morning staff were not able to offer sufficient customer service for us to enjoy our experience at Tenpin.

Parking easy and you’ll always get a space. Buzzy atmosphere and well priced drinks. However the bowling alleys barely function, I go all the time and every single visit I have had a half working alley which results in me asking them to fix it around 3 times per game!

so we came for £10 Thursday deal which consists of 2 games, meal and a drink. It's not top quality, but staff was nice and the games were ok for the price paid :) overall we enjoyed the evening :)

Six of us had two games. We had to have the second game reset as it added the scores to the first game. Drinks were delivered to the lanes which was very handy. The whole place could do with a makeover as it looks shabby in places. There is also a fairly decent ping pong table. Would go again

Very bad service from start to finish.
rude staff at arrival, no explanation, problems on the line-nobody care to help, food took 45 minutes to get ready.

It has a large car park and I don't think it has height restrictions. My daughter parked her caddy there when we went. Hope this helps.
