I booked in for a deluxe spa package as I was in desperate need of some time out. I was able to arrive for 12 and I had a booking for lunch. Lunch was delicious and the service was great. Everyone was warm and friendly. The spa facilities were great and wasn’t too crowded, which helped with relaxation. Weather was lovely so I was able to sunbathe on a lounger by the outdoor section of the pool.
My treatment (full body massage) was okay. I did fall asleep so I guess I was relaxed!
I do think that they should offer a bit more than the paper cone of water after the treatment. I was super thirsty and that was nowhere near enough water. I did have a water bottle but there was nowhere to just get a bit of water other than requesting water from the bar, so it would be very easy to become dehydrated.
My room was lovely and so was dinner. I opted to have dinner in the front section in my robe and I appreciated that; I went to the sauna after dinner.
All in all, a great experience and I felt great afterwards. Would definitely go back again by myself.

I had such a relaxing massage/facial with Emily and I woke up this morning having had the the best night’s sleep in a long time. Highly recommended, thank you 😀

A perfect weekend away without the children, the facilities had everything we could have wanted, the staff were all outstanding with their customer service especially Sarah the perfect spa host nothing was to much trouble and always had a smile on her face and Ollie full of laughter and welcoming humour and went above and beyond. Facilities were spotless and the room was to a high standard with a comfortable nights sleep. Can’t wait to visit again and again.

We had an amazing stay at The Malvern Spa for my friends hen do. The staff are welcoming and friendly, particularly Ollie who was wonderful and attentive, and Sarah the spa host who kept checking in with us. Nothing was too much trouble. Food and drinks were brilliant. The spa treatments were fab! And the pool area to relax around was gorgeous including our complimentary pod. Overall I would definitely recommend and we will be back!

Was booked in for a massage for my birthday. Jessie was my masseur just Fb from start to finish ! Talked me through oils … types of massage and core t pressure etc she was just fab. Credit to
Malvern spa. I made sure her manager knew too! I will defo go back.

I’m not one that usually writes reviews, however in the case of staying at the Malvern and using the spa facilities. I think it’s fair to simply say, we will most definitely be attending again. The staff are so welcoming from the minute you arrive and offer a very quick and informative tour of the spa and hotel. The staff really go above and beyond for your stay, in particular “Ollie” took some wonderful pictures to remember for our 1 year wedding anniversary. The rooms were very nice, clean, warm and cosy. The spa has an outstanding range of saunas and steam rooms. The outdoor pool area was beautiful visit and be their under the starts.

Me and my sister came here for some relaxation after a very difficult period of time. The staff were so friendly, special shout out to our host Ellie. She was so attentive, kind and made the experience memorable. Also to our therapist Emma- it was my favourite hour!

Warmest spa water we have ever been in both inside and out. Gorgeous saunas steam and salt rooms and perfect massage. Stayed three nights and the staff couldn't do enough to help us really made our stay. Special mentions to Ollie, May, the guy in the check shirt and, of course, Lindley. Elaine and Sandra.

a very relaxing experience. Had a wonderful facial and my skin looked and felt fab afterwards. The staff couldn't be faulted, very helpful especially Ollie.

I can't remember the closing time, we ate early in order to have a evening dip in the warm waters, the pool was much quieter than during the day.

I'm not sure how this comment ended up here. It was supposed to be on a post about a hotel in Egypt! I wanted to know if I could use sterling instead of local currency (I did).
