We don't have a dog so am not certain, although we did se people with dogs on our walk. However, if dogs are permitted it would be dangerous to let them off the lead as they could fall into the fast flowing river

Sorry I missed your question. No the falls are not handicap accessible safly

You park on a lay-by just off the main road. There is an entrance booth that you pass through (which is visible from the lay-by) once you pay a small entrance fee. From there it is a few minutes walk down the steps to view the falls. Hope that helps 😀

Not if you walk there which is what we did; you may be able to drive there and access it from the road side of the river.

No is the answer, unfortunately. if you have a couple of strapping people with you that are prepared to lift you up and down every step then maybe. But No is the reality sadly

I would start at the Ugly house and walk along the north of the river for about 3 quarters if a mile and avoid the £2 admission fee. We walked another 2 miles into Betws coed and Camden back on the S2 sherpa bus.

You will be absolutely fine. It is few yards away from the parking. Inside, you may have to walk a bit on uneven roads but the distance should not be a problem.

Absolutely, there's no one to restrict you from that (though it might be a trick getting a dog through the pay turnstile without paying separately) - keep the dog on a leash, the stairs are rather tall, and can be slippery.
