We are so pleased that you enjoyed your day with us at Picton Castle. There's so much to see and do during a visit that we reckon the Mansion of Mystery is just the icing on a rather tasty cake. The castle gardens really are looking at their loveliest at the moment while the extensive grounds offer all the space a family needs to explore and let off steam. It sounds like you had a lovely day, Claire. Our ticket includes free entry to Picton Castle's grounds and gardens and to the Welsh Owl Garden & Zoo - something no other escape room can offer. Picton is a truly iconic venue and we are delighted when our visitors make full use of the facilities as part of the ticket deal.

Unlike some escape rooms that seem to enjoy tormenting their customers with fiendish clues, our aim has always been to make sure that our lovely visitors make their escape within the sixty minutes - or come very close to it. Our games masters are always on hand to offer extra hints if they are needed. That said - whether you have those extra clues or not is up to you. Some of our more experienced players opt to compete without any extra help and it is always fun to watch them at work.
