I got there and was greeted by Lola and she was polite and punctual with how everything worked. She was very helpful explaining the rules and made the experience enjoyable. Our group succeeded escaping the room with 8:46 left on the timer. Highly recommend anyone visiting Swansea to give this a go.

If you're looking for a fun and exciting activity in Swansea, I highly recommend Breakout Swansea! The escape room was incredibly well-designed, with clever puzzles and an engaging storyline that kept us fully immersed from start to finish.
A special shout-out to Lola, who was our helpful and friendly clue giver. She struck the perfect balance of letting us work things out while stepping in with just the right hint when we needed it. Her enthusiasm and professionalism made the experience even better.
The whole setup was fantastic, and it’s clear the team puts a lot of effort into making sure everyone has a great time. Whether you’re a seasoned escape room enthusiast or trying one for the first time, Breakout Swansea is a must-visit. We can't wait to come back and try another room!

We had a great time, first experience of an escape room. Sam was a great host. We went for a family birthday -age range from 19 to 61 years, group of 6, plenty of involvement and fun for everyone. Would definitely go again, really enjoyed.

I loved it!! So much fun and well thought out.
This was my first escape room experience and it did not disappoint in any way. I can'r say too much because it would spoil it for you but there were some really good clues and challenges. We laughed so much and with the help of our guide - and a lot of luck - managed to escape with seconds to spare.
Booked online. A lovely warm welcome. The building itself wasn't what we expected but I would definitely go back again.
Worth every penny.

Work night out at breakout live was great. Sam was friendly and helpful. We escaped with 13.29 left! We really enjoyed and we can’t wait to go again.

Sam was great fun and was very helpful. Definitely recommend. Very difficult for us but great fun and finished with 43 seconds remaining. May as well use the full hour ey!

Took my kids (9, 13) and their friend for Prison Strike. They had a great time for their first escape room. Sam was very helpful and informative. Would love to take my boys again

Hello Alison, Yes, of course, we cater for children above 10 years old. Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
