I have been here twice now and each time I come the treatment is 1st class, my daughter came as well and she had no problems. The staff are friendly and polite. Keep up the great work

After three sleepless nights with a painful shoulder I was recommended to Laura at body basics. I was really lucky and got a cancellation. I was impressed with her knowledge and she immediately made me feel at ease. We discussed what she was going to do and even after the 1st session I have felt an improvement. Thank goodness

This is the only place I would go now for a massage - whether it's for relaxation purposes or sports injury. Laura, Tony & Gareth are all excellent - and will give you the upmost care and attention. Cannot recommend them highly enough.

I am just back from a wonderful relaxing massage with Laura at Body Basics. She has many years experience and is excellent. She is able to home in on any stress or sore points and ease them. I am def not a sports person so do not think she just does sports massage. So if you are a visitor or live here and feel you need to treat yourself then I recomment you go see Laura you won't regret it. Parking behind the building
