Wanted a gift for a friend. Hadnt been here since before the fire. Still a great range of crystal in many different patterns. Chose port glasses which are top quality and a very collectable gift. Service as usual was first class, personal and extremely helpful. Still the best in Ireland. Thank you

We use Belfast Crystal for a number of different trophy requirements, they are always incredibly efficient, really helpful and deliver very high quality pieces which are treasured by award winners.

Have been a customer since they opened in 78. Father and then son developed the business and produced excellent cut crystal at reasonable prices. Have always bought for corporate gifts when working and for American family gifts - not to mention my everyday glassware. Why use plain glass when you can have this? My problem is I have 8-10 of every style of glass in a traditional cut, now I like the more modern so am slowly being tempted into replacing!
Tony the owner (son of founder who is still around) is terrific, as are all his staff. They are happy to advise and as stated will go the extra mile to make sure deadlines are met for engraving.
The fire was devastating but people rallied to help and donate (which says something about the company) and I am so pleased they are back and as they say 'raring to go'

Belfast Crystal were amazing helping with a last minute 40th Anniversary gift and engraved it with a tight turn around. I was extremely pleased with the service, quality and willingness to go out of their way to help. There is some great gifts, - I highly recommend Belfast Crystal for all your needs, their stuff is first class.

I had contacted them before my travel as to having Christmas ornaments engraved and they said they would do them for me to pick up.
They contacted me while in Belfast and I made arrangements to pick them up.
While there they were very good even giving me directions to w
There shop from where I was staying.
They are very good company and my.Only disappointment was that my mum had died 10 years ago and could not come with me as I know she would have loved it there as she was a collector of crystal .
I saw the o crystal on show and it is best I've seen and would advice anyone looking for Crystal to use this shop and the engraving makes it even more special.
I can't rate them hIgh enough for the items they sell and their customer services.
If I ever need crystal again I would make i trip back to Belfast to bUy as its so good.

I needed a gift engraved urgently. Very helpful girl call Christine, I think ,advised me on most suitable vase and promised to have it next day.
And it was , packed and ready to post as promised. My sister loved it especially with the Irish harp design
