Have used DS Executive for both work and pleasure on various occasions and the experience has always been the same: punctual, friendly and very professional.
No need to panic about calling DS Executive to advise of flights delays or early arrivals as they already know it.
Highly recommend Darren and his team for their very reliable service.

We have been utilising DS Executive Services for several years now, having utilised multiple private drivers in many cities, we can certainly say the service is 5*, always on time, at hand for all of your needs and polite, friendly and professional service!

DS Executive Services is our hero!
Having spent five days "at sea" after leaving Halifax (and seeing nothing but the water and fog of the North Atlantic during all that time), we were excited for our first stop in Belfast, Northern Ireland. We had arranged for a private tour through Viator with a company called Irish Tours. (That is something that we have done numerous times with great success. Private tours are often less expensive and better than the big bus tours offered by the ship.)
We exited the ship as soon as possible so that we could get our excursion started. There were several others private tour companies waiting outside the terminal. However, ours was not one of them! 🙁
Not having Internet service or the ability to call or text, we were at a loss as how to contact them to find out what the problem was. I finally asked a local at the terminal if he could call their number on his cell phone. He kindly obliged. When I finally got in touch with the tour operator, they said that they had cancelled the tour. That is the first time that had ever happened to us (other than a few times that were weather related when all excursions had been cancelled).
We were now fearful that our first stop in Ireland was going to be a complete disaster. The tours through the ship were no longer available.
However, while I was talking to our original tour operator, my wife had gone inside and talked to the terminal representatives. They were aghast that our tour had been simply cancelled with no notice. That reflects poorly on their entire industry and is bad business for everyone.
They then introduced us to a gentleman named Darren who owned DS Executive Services. He was waiting on another passenger who had booked him for a private tour for the day. However, he called one of his employees named Glenn and asked him where he was at the moment. Glenn had just finished a job (one that had started at 3:00 am that morning) and was about 15 minutes away for the cruise terminal.
Darren arranged for Glenn to come give us a private tour, accepted our credit card payment on the spot, described what we were wearing to Glenn, and described the car that Glenn would be driving so that we could find each other. He could not have been more helpful or professional.
It turned out to be one of the best excursions that we have ever experienced. Glenn had a beautiful Mercedes. My wife and I were the only passengers. He spent the entire day (about 7 - 8 hours total) showing us all of the northeastern part of Ireland. Being in a small car, were were able to go places that the big tour buses cannot reach. We were also able to spend more time at the sites because we did not have to wait on 40 to 50 other people to get on and off the bus.
In addition, he took us right to the entrances. At the Giant's Causeway, for example, the buses have to park about a mile away from the entrance. You then have about a mile walk once inside. He was able to drop us off right at the gate saving us about two miles of walking! When we returned, he was there waiting for us!
Other places, he went with us. He explained things magnificently. He was rightfully proud of how beautiful his country was and shared that with us. A potential disaster turned out to be one of the absolute highlights of our trip!

I was returning from Frankfurt to Dublin, but I had to be in Belfast later that morning. As seems to be the situation when you are in a rush, the plane was a little late and of course, it took forever to retrieve my baggage.
Relief because in the Reception area, there stood Darren waiting for me. Straight to the Mercedes and off we headed for Belfast. I was a bit nervous since according to my calculations, it would be touch and go if we would make the appointment on time.
Suffice to say, not only were we on time but indeed, we were ahead of it. It was my colleague who was late.
Now about the car. Very clean, both inside and out as expected. This car is a silver-grey Mercedes S-Class and of course, with leather upholstery and air-con, extremely comfortable. To be honest, it was so comfortable that I nearly fell asleep on several occasions.
Can I recommend DS Executive Service? Of course I can - it is the only way to travel when in Northern Ireland or the Republic, whether you are on business or pleasure.
