Was great fun at karaoke and good service. Only disappointed moment was the blonde female bar staff who was rude when I went to ask her a question and she just said no service at this side then ignored me as I went to the front. And waited for her. Should try a personality transplant lol.

9 of us booked the karaoke room for a birthday party. It's a great wee room, and the barman came regularly to take drinks orders and was really patient with us. The doormen gave us a very friendly greeting too. We'll definitely be back.
It's £25 per person, but that then makes up your bartab, so as long as everyone has £25 worth of drinks, it works out free.

Came here alone to try make friends, everyone listened to rock, I’m more of a classical type of guy. Played arcades alone sipping on some 9/10 cocktails. Only stayed for one didn’t want to get too drunk 😛😝😉😉

I was made to wear a mask even though I explained I was exempt and told him my health condition. By law I didn't have to do this and he had no right to make me wear one.

20 minute wait for service when standing at the bar while the inexperienced staff make no attempt to acknowledge when people have arrived. Top tip: Lean over and wave a £20 note at them! I would have thought this is quite rude but it seemed to work for the girls I seen try it. They were served instantly.
Witnessed some pretty dismal pints being poured as well with the head taking up over a third of the glass. Surely that's day one training for bar staff?
Other points of note were the dirty toilets with no locks and a DJ who missed the change of decade by 2 minutes. Starts playing a countdown awkwardly after noticing most people had already started celebrating. At least he had 10 years to practice his timing for the next decade. Think I will give it a miss...

We have arrived at Cuckoo at 10.40PM. Approaching the door staff we requested entry, when we were informed there would be a 10 minute wait. Following being the first trio at the door, a bit of a line developed. The next thing we knew groups and groups were budging Infront of us, after mentioning this to the door staff nothing was done. After an hour of waiting I broke the line, speaking to the bouncer. A rather large fellow with bald hair addressed me and informed me I was "bunking the que" and put me to the back. I am over to Belfast visiting from Egypt, where I manage the entertainment activities in a 5* hotel. This establishment was recommended by my friends who I was spending new year with and I have just spent the conversion to 2020 outside cucukoo, to the side, cold and miserable. From running doors and entrance fee stalls on multiple occasions, I believe this is atrocious service. I write this while standing outside, 4 minutes past 12, without a drink, cold and sober. I understand things can get busy, however there is no excuse for this. It's downright unprofessional.

We visited here last night and found it to be a great quirky bar. Different areas had arcade machines, air hockey tables, consoles and great bar staff. The cocktails are very novel and are served in jars.

Stopped in after s day out in Belfast for one drink and couldn't believe how chill the place was. Hats off to Gareth behind the bar, always smiling and impeccable service. Would definately recommend and will definately be back again. Cheers Gareth

After a group-on search we found a great cocktail offer for this place so gave it a go, we got there around 4.30 on a friday afternoon as it was the only free time we had, it was pretty much deserted but we were free to have a few drinks and play air hockey and table tennis.
I imagine it to be a very popular student hang out given its location and the type of place it is. With three floors, live music, plenty of entertainment and a decent selection of drinks at a fine price I could see the place being very popular.

Used to be great with ping pong competitions but has failed dismally after trendy makeover. They need to rethink their policy on this.

Me and my friends want to hang out here but some of us don't drink alcohol. Does your menu have food/drinks that are not alcoholic?
