Attended Offshore Europe. Parking was extremely poorly organised and a £30 fine whilst searching for parking. Worst conference planning of anywhere i have been on the planet, shocking....

I was amazed that a new venue in this day and age had such terrible access.
Not near a public transport site.
Train station milrs away and to get from station would get stuck in an hour of traffic jam from west as no proper feeder road until you are on the traffic light corner.
Then getting out only one lane.
I saw advice to use public transport
Not possibly if coming from west.
Wiill not be rushing back anytime soon.not everyone can afford to stay at one of hotels beside it.

Same old. Same old. The show was fantastic and Michael Bublé was incredible. However, despite the new arena, the quality of the seating was very poor. AECC should look at what the SEC Hydro in Glasgow provide - comfortable seats that don’t squash the audience together like sardines. You can expect some teething problems with a new arena and I am very pleased that the shuttle buses seem to have resolved the traffic issues. However, I expected far better seating for a £350 Million Arena.

As far as exhibition centres go, it's ok.
My 10 year old son was quick to count 30 urinals, 6 sinks and only one hand dryer in one of the gents toilets.
The car park is bad, mud mostly. On top of that I had to queue 20 minutes in the to pay for my parking, that 20 minutes put me over 3 hours resulting in my fare going from £3.50 to £10; there needs to be a better system, an app maybe. 20 minutes queuing with kids, when the weather is bad is far from acceptable.
I did write to complain about the car park, but here I am three weeks later with no response.

On a business training trip to Aberdeen and I tried to explore what the city have on offer in term of facilities and some latest sightseeing. On getting to this particular place, it was mind blowing experience of a life time . Never leave Aberdeen until you pay your visit to the lively and lovely place of interest

How tired this venue has become, cant wait for the new venue to open (Russell Howard 👍). Captive audience £3.20 for a 500ml bottle of soft drink and your not even allowed to have the bottle lid moan over 🙄

This has to be the worst venue we have ever had the misfortune to be in. We thought the first band were poor but could not believe the disappointment we felt when Deacon Blue performed- the acoustics were diabolic. .We walked out after 6 songs and had been looking forward to the concert for months. Thank goodness this venue will be closed very soon.

Great facilities for conferences of all sizes. Readily available from city centre Aberdeen by public transport.

Exhibition centre past its best, the sound is not very good. At one concert we attended we spent over an hour getting out . Better parking across the road near McDonald’s. We parked there for iron maiden, and it’s free. Was on our way in minutes after the show.

I was there to see iron maiden. General layout and sound quality were poor.
On leaving it’s very chaotic. Cars everywhere and transport links into town rubbish.
Hopefully the new one will be better planned and designed.

Hello,
I am attending a WWE live event next Sunday and would love to try and meet the stars! Does anyone know where to go around the arena to meet them? I will probably try before the show. Where will the buses come in?

If my memory serves me the WWE stars all stay at the Malmason hotel in Aberdeen. You will have a much better chance of meeting them after the event if you hang about the car park at the Malmason Hotel. (Don’t share) 👍🏼
