A great day at Royal Aberdeen GC! The course in excellent condition and a serious challenge. Extremely pleasant and helpful staff who made sure we had all relevant information and started on time. Completed our round as a two ball in just over 31/2 hours - excellent on a busy course. A great, all round experience!

Course was great
Paid a lot of money to play -was asked to leave abruptly at 8pm -even though they had a members function on next door ,which clearly was not finishing next door and we were in bar next door - lady was rude and it left a bad taste in the mouth .
We played at Cruden bay following day and had a totally different experience -with at least as good course and a fantastic warm welcome -with much better food and service .
Would pick that course and experience over royal Aberdeen any day.
Royal Aberdeen lady needs to go and see what good welcoming nice service is .

This is an absolute "must" play in Scotland. From the initial booking via their team through the day of onsite interaction, this is an incredible experience. Their staff, starting with the GM is well trained in hospitality. A great experience in every possible way. Of course the golf course itself should be a "bucket-list" for any golf fan! Thanks to the team for making our day so special!

It was an honor to play Royal Aberdeen. Thank you so much for having us today. My group had a great hang and what an incredible golf course! Wow.
The entire staff, inside and out, was incredibly welcoming and hospitable. We had such a great experience. My caddie, Lewis, was absolutely tremendous. A total pro, excellent caddie, a great spirit, and sounds like he has a very bright future. Maria, Penny, Lewis and all the caddies made our experience even more memorable.

We had good fortune to be able to play the Balgownie course at Royal Aberdeen this summer and we were absolutely stunned. Most do not need to be told how wonderful the golf course is, but of the 220 courses I have played, it is the best. I have played some of the best and most exclusive courses in the US and none of them rise to the level of Balgownie. What made it even more special was that I was able to share the experience with my stepfather (who taught me the game 30 years ago), and my daughter (age 22 and who I introduced to the game and is a fine player who competed in college).
While the course was a proper test and completely stunning, what really made the experience exceptional was the team at Royal Aberdeen. Everyone at the club from the person who helped me setup the tee time, to the wait staff, caddies, golf pro, and everyone else left us stunned by how kind, genuine, and generous they were. It was a treat to play such a special course, but the way we were treated was what really made our day at Royal Aberdeen one that we will never forget.
While the course was a proper test and completely stunning, what really made the experience exceptional was the team at Royal Aberdeen. Royal Aberdeen is easily one of the best golf courses in Scotland. Always in immaculate condition, from tee to green - with great views. The front 9 is incredible - worth the green fee alone. Combine this with the warm welcome in the clubhouse, along with great food, it's a must do experience.

We had a most enjoyable day at Royal Aberdeen. The course was superb in excellent condition with immaculate tees and greens, it was such a pleasure to play, and the weather was kind to us.
The hospitality that Maria and her team showed us in the lounge before our game and afterwards was exemplary. The view from the corner of the lounge overlooking the 1st tee and 18th green is stunning.
We will definitely play Royal Aberdeen again on our next visit to Scotland.

We were lucky to be able to play a round at this impeccable course in idyllic conditions. Tee boxes, fairways, bunkers and greens all in great condition. There is a sprinkler system so the course plays wonderfully. Big difference to Murcar Links. Wow- what a day. We can highly recommend this beautiful oceanfront links.

Friendly staff and members. Very calm day today. Greens were running fast. A classic links course, fun to play.
