Fun well organised activities for people who like being adventurous outdoors. Gray location and trained staff which make the experience fun and exciting while feeling safe. Had a great time out on the water despite the weather being disappointing and would recommend for any groups wanting to do something different or active. Perfect for friends, stag / hen dos and birthday activities.

I found this company through a friends recommendations. We went canoeing for the afternoon and had a great time. Mike was well organised and found a perfect place to take us out. I was with my partner who is not very active, but Mike managed keep things harder and more interesting for me, while my partner could take it easy.
I've already booked again to go on a family day out coasteering.
I would strongly recommend choosing Adventure First for active experiences that are great value for money, yet still very professional. Thanks Mike for a great experience.
