Morgan was absolutely lovely, it was my first ever massage and I was a little anxious. As soon as I spoke to her I felt so at ease. Came out feeling very relaxed and overall had a fantastic experience.

The staff are so lovely and the service is 5 ⭐️. Had a massage and afternoon tea and couldn’t be more pleased! Will be back

Stunning decor and lovely, welcoming staff. I got the life saving back massage from Ellie and it was sheer bliss. I will definitely be back!!! It is just so tranquil and relaxing despite being in the city. We were just up for a few days holiday, and I will make sure I visit here again - it was deffo the highlight of our break.

It has been some time since I visited, arriving today it reminded me how lovely it was. A full body massage and facial from Eden, like none other I’ve ever had. Of all the treatments from all the places, this was by far the absolute best. Can’t wait until the next one❤️

Worst manicure ever! Went looking forward to a luxury pampered experience, however starting with the thread bare towels on the manicure table things just got worse! Equipment was basic, no heat/drying machines used generally in other salons, Therapist had only some files and a cuticle pusher, no sign of clippers and certainly not sterilised tools! Spent longer sitting with heated mitts than the cursory massage that followed! However worse was to come when having my nail polish. Little choice of colours and Therapist then complained about thickness of the polish and was obvious this was caused by the crusty residue left on the bottle! Final calamity was the top coat which was so thick and gloopy that it was impossible to apply, and the drying drops which she had to shake directly out of the bottle rather than use the dropper!! Had to sit for over 30 minutes trying to get this thick layer of gloopy polish to dry but still woke up this morning with nails that are dimpled and uneven that look like a bad attempt at a self polish!!! Never again! Disappointed that I have a Christmas gift voucher to use here and just hoping that the other treatments are better!!

I opted for a Regenerating Facial, which was sheer bliss. The therapist Kendall was so friendly and polite. She explained the treatment before starting, and asked relevant questions about my skin.
All the products smelled divine, and it was a totally relaxing experience.
I would thoroughly recommend this as a fantastic pick-me-up, or buy a gift card for a loved one and let them enjoy the experience!

i visited the spa on the 32.10.21 with my sister Claire.we were greeted at the door by Kirsty and catherine.the decor was just lovely.smelt amazing and the lighting was great.so relaxing,my sister and I parted ways were Kirsty took me for a mummy to be package which was just absolutely amazing.by the end of it I felt like I was walking on clouds.from head to toe she was gentle(being pregnant she knew)not once did I feel uncomfortable.My sister was taken to her room by Catherine where she had a stones holistic body treatment and she didn’t want to leave!!!after This we were taken down stairs and popped onto a very comfy sofa for some afternoon tea.The cakes WOW!was great to have a relax with my sister and a chat with the staff checking on us just now and again letting us relax.Absolutey great experience and we will 100% be back before and when the spa opens.great team and felt very spoiled.thank you :)

This is my fourth visit to The House Spa. I always go for the ESPA Full Body Massage. And afterwards I would order a Flora Tea (Oriental Beauty) to meditate and relax further. The peacefulness and gentleness inside The House Spa create the oasis in the centre of Aberdeen’s busyness.
Every time the massage not only sheds off my tension & stress, but also sparkles the positive happiness in the heart. I have always been with the same masseurs, Eva Jack, whose gentle voice, caring attentiveness and massage skills are just magnificent and wonderful.
Upon my recent visit, I took along my future mother-in-law to experience the ESPA massage and Spa facility (this is my first experience with “the spa access” at the House), and the whole setting is amazing! The facilities include steam room, jacuzzi and sauna. The spa access is recommended for an hour before the treatment (massage etc). Post the massage treatments, my mother-in-law and I were led to a beautiful sitting room to enjoy hot beverages. We spent a 3-hour spa day at The House, and every minute of the visit is a memorable, beautiful experience for my mother-in-law and I. We already are planning to organise another spa day, and this time the sister-in-law and niece are joining us for a pampering feminine bonding trip.
The location is in the centre of city with the touch to the West End

I would like to say this is my second time here and I have enjoyed both times.
I have been for many treatments in other spas all around the world and in different hotels etc and the massage I had this week was one of the best I have ever had.
I really wish I took note of the young blonde therapists name but only because she deserves the recognition but also for re booking!
My only criticism this time was that the jacuzzi was quite cold compared to the last time
And I would have taken flip flops had I known none were provided
Also wet bags for our costumes would have been great
We were offered teas and coffees but we were having such a great relaxing day we could have stayed longer
If you had a wee menu with soup salad and sandwiches we both would have purchased something to eat too as it was a lovely setting to sit and have a relaxing lunch on a cold January day

I recently bought an ITISON voucher for The House Spa. The voucher was a Spa Day for two, which included an ESPA Facial, ESPA Back, Neck and Shoulder massage with a light lunch and leisure access.
On arrival, we were first asked what we wanted for our lunch from a menu and then shown through to the changing rooms and given a towel, robe and locker each. We then had access to their spa facilities for just over an hour, by the time we were changed etc. They had a hydro massage pool, sauna and steam rooms. There were also loungers, showers and a toilet. We were the only two using these facilities at that time which was lovely.
Then one of the staff came in to get us for a massages. We were taken up stairs to the massage rooms and both got a 40 or so, minute massage, finished with a wonderful ESPA facial. We were both asked all health and safety questions before our treatments and asked what pressure we wanted for the massage, any tight spots etc. The facials were also customised to our personal skin conditions.
After a lovely, relaxing massage and facial, we went back downstairs where we were given our lunch and drink.
I could highly recommend The House Spa for a Spa Day and on their massage/facials. Lovely facilities and staff.
