The golf course was very enjoyable, even off the forward tees. Classic oldie worldie clubhouse with the friendliest staff ever.

Got a great reception from Manager and Pro! Course is great. Brilliant test. Greens had been recently sanded but were not too bad.

I incredibly rarely write reviews. Practically never. However, I had to after visiting Panmure Golf Club with 3 mates. The welcome, service, quality of food, spectacular course and utterly majestic club house preserved over time, gracefully , generously and charmingly managed by Craig and his team will remain as the most memorable and enjoyable visit to any place I have ever been to on this entire planet. I’m 49 and that’s no small achievement. Trust me if this isn’t on your bucket list, golfer or not, I would add it. I will return indefinitely as it is undeniably the most genuine, warm and wonderful experience in hospitality you’ll ever get.

Welcome to an authentic Scottish golf club.
The dining room and different corners breathe the history of golf and the club.
A warm welcome with special touches: a club plaque to attach to the bag, a souvenir photo from tee 1 and a glass of the local specialty alcohol.
Very good and affordable catering.
The course seems accessible at the start but becomes very technical and the rough is unforgiving!😅.
It is perfectly maintained, both on the green and on the fairway.
Great discovery!

A stunning course, in wonderful condition combined with a staff who are obviously and rightly proud of their club and strive to give the visitor a memorable experience.
The welcome we received from the staff in the pro shop and the time given to us by the Manager only added to our enjoyment.
It was by far the highlight of our trip to Scotland and probably my most enjoyable day of golf to date...
Truly memorable.

Played in an away day competition earlier this year and thought the course was really lovely. We were well looked after with the catering facilities and had a great day out. If you are ever in the area, try to play Panmure.

Accueil incroyablement chaleureux, club house authentique, et parcours challenging...
Si je dois mettre un petit bémol, je dirais simplement que le dessin du parcours sur la carte de score serait pas de trop... à faire !!!

I had the pleasure of playing Panmure yesterday( Friday 2 nd July)
These are without doubt THE best greens anywhere in a Scotland . Link that to a beautifully manicured course and you are on to an absolute gem of a course
The walkways are better than some greens I’ve played on this year( thinking about my nightmare at Banchory)
The food in the clubhouse is wonderful and the staff both in the Pros shop and clubhouse offer a warm Scottish welcome.
Trust me if you want top quality look no further than Panmure Golf Club

We were a party of 8 who got greeted with a very warm welcome from the professional. Pro shop is well stocked .
Panmure is a Fantastic golf course with well manicured greens tees fairways -even the paths!
We had a fairly ‘still’ day with the wind so it was pretty scoreable but I can only imagine how tough it could play when the wind gets up.
Not one weak hole on the course all holes very interesting &aesthetically looking ... the par 3’s are excellent.
If you are a serious golfer this place is a must play and the clubhouse (very beautiful) has the history and nostalgia of years gone by..
All in all excellent course and we will be back

What a magnificent finale this course gave to our golfing trip to Carnoustie - an interesting mix of parkland and links holes provides a challenge for all. Well manicured with some quickish greens you need to be on your game to have a good round - as you would expect for a Championship Qualifying Course.
The professional welcomed us with open arms whilst the chief steward - Craig ( the Englishman with a very Scottish name) - came out onto the terrace to make us feel at home - as one of our 4 ball said “ if only all golf clubs were like this
!! The clubhouse, whilst slightly dark, was a reminder of how interesting such a building can be for the golf enthusiast
If you are golfing in the area this is a must play
