We went recently on a work night out,all18 of us.....enjoyable time was had by all....cold place though.

Im giving this 5 stars only because of the staff and i dont think u deserve to get less just because i didnt like it, it just wasnt for me but im giving it 5 stars as i crashed badly into barrier have severe bruising on thigh but even though it was all so quick it was my fault instead of braking when someone banged into me i accelerated into the barrier too fast and omg did it hurt but i raised my hand and said i wanted out and the staff were amazing especially one guy in particular who took me out of the track got me ice and a cup of water made sure i sat down as i was shaky and got me to sign the accident form when i felt like i was ok there was no rush to get me off the track or to usher me out of the building they were amazing the rest of my friends loved it, i just dont think im suited for the track haha but credit should go to the staff thanks for your concern :-)

Had a brilliant first visit to celebrate my son's we th birthday. It was more physically demanding than I was expecting. You do need to be up for an experience that will test your concentration. Staff were all friendly, welcoming and really polite. Good initial safety instructions both verbally and video to watch prior to racing. It was a real adrenalin rush and great fun if You fancy giving it a go. Would be fantstic for teenagers day out. Good value too. Equipment all in good order. We will be going back.

Kids (12 and 9) wanted to go karting and saw this place when passing. The staff on arrival were friendly and helpful and fitted us in almost immediately although also offered alternative times. Registering was simple and in no time was in briefing, which kids paid attention to. Quality of overalls and helmets good although the balaclava/helmet liner a bit small (even for the 12 year old) and not cheap at £2. Throw away linings available at other karting centres would be preferable or give larger sizes. The attendance of the staff was excellent prior to and during the karting. The karts were also very good condition and simple to drive. The layout of the track was sufficiently challenging. We did two 10 minute sessions with a short break in-between. Although not cheap,, overall it was a great experience and thoroughly enjoyed by adults and kids alike.

Our son and his friend love going here so much that it is now going to become a regular event. The facility is clean and well organised and the young men around the track are very helpful. It would be great if they started a club for teenagers

Visited Scotkart with some friends from school today as they won a competition run by Tay FM. I have been here before and both times it has been very positive. The staff are very helpful and take health and safety seriously which is good to see. At the end of the session race winners and group photos are taken. My advice would be to go for the highest package they offer (the name escapes me) as time literally flies by. Very recommended attraction. Only thing I would pick up on is signposting to the location.

Booked the karting for my son's 11th birthday. What an event, the boys all had great fun, staff were very attentive and helpful.
We booked food, which was lovely and not too pricey.
At the end of the experience my son was awarded a medal by the staff which was a great touch.
All the boys will definitely be back.

Son age 9 and his dad booked into family session, advised children can only drive with parent taking apart which seems ludicrous as adults more likely to be more aggressive in driving style which was certainly the case on my husbands and sons session where the dad from the other family must have forgotten he was against younger drivers and not at Silverstone! Otherwise well organised set-up with suits, helmets , full safety briefing and leader board display. Two ten minute sessions cost £20 per person which may be slightly on the pricy side as only manage about 6 or 7 full laps per 10 minutes. Staff attentive and helped immediately when son crashed several times, the final time he spun and hit crash barrier quite hard and hurt knees( not seriously) and accident firm completed. We were hoping to do laser tag as this was advertised as being open but advised it will not in fact open until September. Need to pre-book karting, especially for family session.

Visited Scotkarts with a stag doo, had a great laugh but not for a serious race. We did a Grandprix event and were sent out in two heats initially on a qualifying lap. Despite the lap times you are then sent out in random order in the heats. When challenged about grid position the young lad there didn't have a clue how it worked or how to arrange it. The going ships in some karts didn't work with karts being marked as four laps down despite being second.
All in all a great laugh but not for anyone wanting a proper race event.

This is run by Scotkart and at £22 for 2 by 10min sessions I think its good value for money the track has a nice long straight leading into a full speed corner with several twists and turns and hairpins a lap for average joes like me can be done in 31 to 33 seconds and you can manage 19 laps in a 10 min session the place is well marshalled with safety being paramount and to this end you must undergo a 7 minute safety briefing video before every visit at the end of each session you will be given a printout giving you details of your run and your best lap time .this is displayed on a scoreboard for visitors to see lap for lap how you are doing . very enjoyable day out even though your arms hurt after throwing the kart about for 20 mins in total
