Been having to get bus lots from Edinburgh to Dundee due to parent in hospital. These buses are just brilliant. The cost is amazing and the booking is so easy and can be done close to bus leaving if seats still available. Would definitely recommend, more routes needed please

Best bus service ever. All bus companies should be trying to achieve this standard. I hope they develop more routes soon. Clean, efficient electric buses with friendly, helpful drivers. A first class service.

Brilliant bus .on time courteous driver no problems whatsoever from Edinburgh to dundee. Will definitely use this again ..more routes please !top marks !

People are always leaving bags on the seats and refusing to move them for anyone and thanks to them I'm now stuck trying to get somewhere this is the final straw for me ill never use this operator again words can't describe how annoying it is when this happens but your driver did tell them to move their stuff no one acknowledged him so as a result ill be using citylink from now on

Have used Ember bus on line over a number of years .Very straightforward bus arrived spot on time ,drivers courteous, smooth trip on clean electric bus. arrived on time , best service ,look forward to next trip

Love the ember bus for ease of use of its ap and the clear real time info if there are delays...but hardly ever not on time.. also just loved being able to change ticket on bus when flight arrived early so able to make earlier bus. Drivers so helpful and friendly..Best public transport system.

I accidentally left my wallet on an ember bus recently and thought I’d email customer support to see if there was any hope of it being returned. I spoke to Matyas in customer care and not only were they incredibly helpful but arranged for my wallet to be returned quickly and efficiently. U already knew ember was a quick and comfortable bus company but I cannot fault their customer service on top of this.

Local pick up, great price, on time, comfortable and clean. One downside was how hot the bus was inside - even just wearing a T-shirt. Made me feel a bit sick and is a waste of energy. Other passengers saying the same.

Really enjoyed my first ever trip on an Ember bus. Driver very friendly and coach was extremely comfortable. Will definitely be travelling with them again.

Has anyone seen a wheelchair user getting on. Is it by a lowered access that you wheel on, or is it a big elaborate lift, like stagecoach use. Thanks

It's a lift that comes out under the centre door. The floor of the coach is too high to be able to use a ramp but drivers are happy to help wheelchair passengers on board at any stop
