It was really fun trampolining my nephew had a ball would go back great value for money better than the one at brahead Glasgow it was really expensive.

After hearing about this amazing place for kids, we took kids down, first of all we had trouble parking, when inside we had to pay for socks as well as entrance to trampoline, some of the staff were very nice.
Kids had their safety video, we then went to find a seat, omg the tables are ridiculous, drinks etc spilled, food over table, not clean at all
Found prices very expensive for slushes and juice
Be a while before we return

This place has so much potential to be a great place to go but it has quite a few flaws. Google maps directs you to the wrong place and there is not one single sign post for it. Was advised to be there 20 mins before for safety brief which started 2 mins before our time slot so was asked to sit in the cafe for 20 mins. Once on the trampoline area there was far to many people there are one time that you were pretty much restricted to one single trampoline so for £20 me and my daughter stood and bounce no different than could of at home, maybe they should reduce the amount of people they allow on at one time so customers can get full use of the area provided. The dodgeball...now there were 2 birthday party's in whilst we were there and if when I checked in an was advised that possibly for the first half an hour the party's would be using the dodgeball area then I would of been fine but to try and get on to the dodgeball area for half an hour to constantly be told we were next for it to keep shouting over the tannoy can the party make their way to the dodge ball area...it was extremely annoying. To then finally be allowed on and they let in more kids than should be (more than 2 to a trampoline) it is again an over crowding issue! So after jumping on a single trampoline for an hour we then go to the cafe to cool down with a drink and an ice cream which they don't sell it's only for party's! Possibly don't have them sat on the counter at the till for non party customers to see. Seems ridiculous to not sell these to everyone I'm pretty sure they would sell plenty of these to the hot sweaty kids after a bounce. As I said this place has so much potential and I really hope they learn to work things more smoothly!

Only one issue...where do you park??? not nearly enough parking spaces, other local businesses have signs up saying not to park there if you are gto Sky High!!

This is a great place, pleasant and friendly staff and trampoline area is really good, my 12 year old and his friend loved their session. Only down side was that we booked via a deal on Groupon and was told had to book 24 hours in advance but this is not stated anywhere or in fine print so I was a bit anoyed also although I knew roughly where it was I could not find it and sat nav took us to a unused car park no where near it, a few wee signs would be ideal, asked a few local people but no one knew where it was, very frustrating. Best to look for Wonderworld soft play as its above that

Thank you for your review. I'm happy your son and his friend had a great time. It is groupons regulations that sessions must be booked 24hrs in advance and I will definitely pass on that this wasn't clearly displayed on their offer. We have had google maps replace our location so that you are directed correctly however this doesn't work on all sat nav options, so we will look at signage as you suggested.
