I was travelling from Canada to visit my daughter in St Andrews. Being a castle lover we decided to book the day trip to Doune Castle and Stirling Castle and other places. My daughter booked the trip well in advance on October 14th for the day trip to be taken on November 28th. The company emailed my daughter on Nov 3rd asking if we still wanted the to do the tour and she replied straight away with a yes!!! She emailed the night before and had no response. We were in the lobby of our hotel which was the pick up point, well before the 9 am departure. We waited and waited and no one showed up. We were extremely disappointed by all of this. I would not recommend this company to anyone. We were expecting to have a wonderful day out and after reading the reviews of this company thought it would be great. On the bright side I had more money in my pocket and we managed to see the castles on our own using the wonderful public transit.

I used this company last week for a golf trip to Scotland. The service they provided for us was first class. There was 17 of us. They catered for all our needs without no fuss and even gave us a prize for one off the tournaments we had. The buses that he had was very elegant and stylish. We have already planned to come back on the summer 2017 and would be delighted to youse his services again.

There were 8 of us and Ian picked us up at our cruise ship terminal in an extremely comfortable van. It was the first time in Scotland for all of us and Ian made us all feel that we were part of the family. Ian is funny, incredibly knowledgeable and was in full Scottish regalia (kilts with all the trimmings). We enjoyed the lochs, the castles and especially the highlands that are breathtaking. Ian was great fun and was flexible with specific requests on sites. Ian knows Scottish history and culture and is quite passionate about it. Although it rained most of the day, we didn't care because we were having so much fun and Ian made sure that we were able to see as much as we could. I enthusiastically recommend Ian and St Andrews Luxury tours. All of us will remember our visit to Scotland with huge smiles on our faces.

After a brief conversation, Ian was able to tailor the perfect Scotland experience for us. He understood what we were interested in and knew what we were not. His knowledge and humor made it a most pleasurable and memorable tour. We visited Loch Ness and he showed us the beauty of the meeting of two continents. He showed us the wonderful riverside town of Dunkeld and the beautiful and historic Cathedral. We also visited the photogenic Castle Eilean Donan. It was a most educational visit. The gift shop was nice and the prices were good. He knew where the good coffee and clean restrooms could be found, a wonderful thing. Can't recommend St Andrews highly enough
