Lovely calm spa facilities.
Staff very helpful.
The spa cafe was a bit disappointing, flat prosecco, cold tea, cold sandwiches with limp cucumber.
However this didn't spoil the overall experience

Warm welcome by girl on desk, she took us through and showed us where to go.
Pool lovely, through to use the spa, absolutely relaxing, great experience.
Sliders, towels and bath robes all available.

Kohler Waters Spa is a cool, calm and peaceful environment. The staff, treatments and hydro therapy all offer continuous excellence in customer service. On this visit, Zara, Louise, Claire and Kirsty were the team who ensured another outstanding customer service experience. Thank you. Valerie Nicoll

Highly recommend if you're in need of some down time. It's worth every penny, clean and inviting and staff are the loveliest.

Top level facilities, very friendly and professional staff. Massage treatments faultless! Highly recommend! 5 star experience

This is a very relaxing place
We went mid week November
My wife and I went with different day packages, a simple day guest for me, included a 2 course lunch and an Exhale spa package for my wife, with one course included
Best to book on line
Very welcoming staff. Male side was very clean and quiet and interesting to find the way through the many doors to the spa.
A steam room, sauna, cold plunge pool, a large pool with bubbles and a larger swimming pool. That larger pool was empty in the afternoon other than myself.
My wife had two very enjoyable massages
so - a treat and a VERY relaxing day
The staff worked very hard to ensure we all had a good time
Food was freshly cooked and just right for a spa (we shared the second course I had)

I and my two daughters spent the afternoon at the Kohler Spa on 22 October. The pool, Jacuzzi and sauna were extremely clean and lovely to use. We were very impressed with the changing rooms and showers. The area was clean and pleasant. There were good hairdryers and hair straighteners available. We were also very impressed with the service personnel. Ruaraidh was the manager in charge during our visit and we found him very professional, knowledgeable and super nice. We would definitely visit again. Many thanks to all at the spa. We had a lovely time.

Me and my sister had an amazing spa day today followed but a very tasty healthy lunch in the spa cafe, just what you want after using the facilities. We loved the new foam bath feature in the lady’s changing room, a very exciting new touch!
The Dyson hair dryer and straighteners were also a fantastic new addition. We both felt like we had left a hair salon!! 5* as always, thank you to the spa team, Lisa x

I went for a solo spa day as my first baby is due in a few weeks. I had a mummy massage which was absolutely out of this world and a great pedicure. The facilities were fantastic and I had full access to all the pools and relaxation rooms. Highly recommend

Would thoroughly recommend this SPA. Had a wonderful experience with friends and fantastic value for money.
