‪Compliments to all who organized and conducted this wonderful tour and itinerary, from the simplicity of booking to the delightful experience.

Our guide was Richard who is a wealth of knowledge about the area and the history of Scotland and England. We learned so much from his narrative! He was approachable and conducted an organized tour. Willy is masterful at navigating his coach along narrow, winding roads....and knows everyone at all the stops. We enjoyed them both.

Highlights of the tour were the meadow walk along Loch Awe to Kilchurn Castle...and a sighting of Highland cows, the walk through Luss and the visit to Inveraray. We did not like the stop at Green Welly at all! Felt like a tourist trap. Would recommend skipping this and allowing more time in Inveraray so that there is sufficient time to have lunch and tour the castle and its grounds. This part of the trip felt too rushed to us.....we only had time for lunch.‬

‪Wonderful tour! Lee (tour guide) and Willie (driver) were so friendly. The itinerary was perfect and Lee kept us smiling with interesting stories and fabulous music. Highly recommend!‬

‪Great tour of the Highlands‬

‪We had booked the tour of the Highlands from the port of Greenock. Lee was the best guide we ever had anywhere. Without Lee we would have given the tour only 3 points, because unfortunately the bus is very tight and you sat on the bus a lot and it is just uncomfortable from 180 and a certain body fullness. The destinations approached were nice but not necessarily a must-see. The scenery was wonderful, including the tracks. But what Lee made of it with his knowledge and manner was sensational.‬

‪Excellent Tour with a great guide! Lee was well-versed in the areas and sites we saw, as well as the background history that made them noteworthy. He was funny and supportive to all on the full bus. Jon as the driver was a cautious driver which was appreciated on the windy narrow road we were on at times. The tour itself gave a great overview of the Highlands, old and modern castles, natural beauty and small villages.‬

‪The trip was cancelled a few hours before departure. It was too late to organize anything else. The quick refund did not compensate for the enormous stress.‬

As explained to you we had a major vehicle issue and the cancellation was unavoidable. We tried our best but on this occasion, we failed. Did we really deserve a 1* review though? We even offered you a free replacement tour voucher.

‪This is my second BusyBus shore excursion and I will watch for them on future trips. Our guide Adrian was very knowledgeable and friendly. The coach driver Graham was exceptional on the winding road along Loch Lomond. As a map person, I love that they give a map of the day's route to follow and make notes on. The route we took was north of the Greenock/Glasgow area and was stunning. We had well-thought-out rest stops and viewing points. I highly recommend BusyBus.‬

‪Amazing team was able to adjust to our ships new port a great tour of the highlands very informative and funny tour guide good walk to a castle in disrepair but was given all the reasons why it was in this state took us to all sorts of different stops and enjoyed them all‬
