An exceptional community of Iyengar yoga practitioners and teachers in a central location. There is something for everyone. A regular portfolio of classes, some hybrid, allowing you to be taught from home. Andrew has the ability to blend in person and online effortlessly. Workshops deepen your practice. I have also benefitted from a retreat with Frances which allowed an intense reflection of practice. All teachers are Iyengar certified which provides a quality assurance but also the useful focus on alignment, sequence and props. You can also organise a private one to one. Whatever you try, it is worthwhile and I know you will be returning again and again.

This studio is quite local to me so I get the benefit of visiting often, even though it's new. The venue has a great big bright studio, toilet facilities and a basement area for storing your bags. All mats and equipment are provided. You get a lot of attention from the teachers (Frances there is amazing - so much experience and so knowledgeable) and you leave knowing your yoga practice will be better because you went there. Recommended!
