Large green space on the banks of the Clyde. Very attractive reflections at night with well lit paths. By day it's great for cyclists, runners, walkers and dog walkers. Some interesting statues and memorials.

We didn't stay long. It was nice enough, with well-thought-out displays, but not a lot to see. At least not when we were there. Nice, though.

Often walk,Oatlands to Cuningar Loop,and see grey seals, kingfishers, wild otters, and tree creepers,gulp of cormorants, and the cruising octapulls.

We enjoyed simply walking through Glasgow Green and admiring the scenery from public art, buildings, statues and the River Clyde. It is a beautiful part of the city and has a number of institutions close by. The paths are wide and it is easy to navigate.

Glasgow green is a lovely peaceful place to walk. We approached it from along the river and enjoyed the iconic Winter gardens , the Museum and the amazing fountain.

Just watched a guy with no more talent than a hen has teeth plonk about with a deck and two big speakers playing other peoples sounds. Do these people actually get paid money ????

Went to TRNSMT today. First time at a festival, being on the mature side decided to go VIP. TBH wanted to pee in a real toilet. What an utter waste on money. Expected at least something extra or special. A voucher for prosecco on arrival ??? No. A tiny covered chill out area ??? No. A toilet queue a mile long for unisex toilets ??? No. Could we at least see the main stage ??? No. Had to join the herd to catch any tunes. Sorry to say had enough of watching teenagers being sick, folk bumping into me and being surrounded by wasted idiots by 5pm. Don't particularly want to watch kids brazenly snort coke in front of me either. Shame really.

There is lots of history and monuments in Glasgow green. It is a nice park to walk in as well it is also good for giving concerts such as proms in the park and the world pype band championship

Take a spin through the Park as you ride or run down the river and visit the Botanical Garden if it is open.

I have walked thru Glasgow Green many times over the last 50 years. Yesterday I walked in at the High St entrance and followed the Riverwalk along the Clyde to Dalmarnock - it’s about 4 miles round trip. The walk takes you past several boathouses and bridges along well-kept and generally clean pathways in a very pleasant setting. It’s hard to believe that you are so close to the City Centre. You will also see the great greenhouses attached to The Peoples Palace. There are play areas for kids, a large football centre and a mixture of street parking (mostly metered but some free spaces). It’s an excellent walk.

Hiya,
I think it's Templeton Street that we park on when we go to the swing park at the green with the kids, but if you go onto the parkopedia website and type-in Glasgow Green then it'll show you where to park (either on street, car parks and private.

It's probably as Lee J has said. The reason I don't know is that being a resident at Glasgow Green we are usually offered a complimentary ticket for either one of the days.
