When we last visited (3 years ago), we felt that the Christmas shop had a much more extensive range of items whereas this year, it was not that good. However, we did have look around on other floors though nothing caught our eye.

Went Christmas shopping to Glasgow today and it was fabulous to see Frasers Department Store on Buchanan Street back to its luxury, quality and impressive self. Fab service, beautiful Christmas lights, great choice of products. Without doubt Scotlands premier department store - thank you

Myself and my 29 year old daughter Alana visited the store today looking for advice on skin treatment. Alana's face has broken out in fiery looking spots and she needed some help in buying the correct products. Luckily we found Origins skincare and with the help of Lilly she purchased a box of trial size assorted creams etc to see if she is happy with the products before buying full size ones. We can't praise Lilly enough for her professionalism, knowledge and guidance. Hopefully the trial package will suit Alana and will certainly return to see Lilly to purchase more products.

Had a wonderful experience at the Charlotte Tilbury counter in the shop thanks to TJ! She was so helpful and attentive. Helped us out a lot and was a genuinely lovely person. Couldn't ask for better service.

An absolutely STUNNING lady (Aisha?) was so helpful today. I was looking for new makeup (foundation and concealer), she took the time to listen to what I was looking for and was able to help me so quickly, she really knew her stuff. She was so chatty and kind too. Lancome needs to give her a promotion/pay rise or both!

After visiting Frasers on Sunday 26th June 2022 I was very disappointed with my latest shopping experience in store, having previously found the range of products and customer service to be very good or excellent.
After picking 3 garments from the Hugo Boss collection that were advertised as 'up to 50% off' I went to pay for my items and was surprised at the total price as it was far more expensive as we had predicted. Asking the sales assistant she advised that 1 item was 1/2 price but the other 2 were still full price. After speaking to the department supervisor who commented 'there was nothing she could do'. I run my own business and know this is against the law - this is false advertising! They were not willing to drop the price by even 1 penny. Shocking! be careful when buying 'Sale' products from so called 'Sale' products at Frasers!

Ordered from.this company and paid for next day delivery,that was 4 days ago and still haven't received it,got email to say it was dispatched and when I inquired was told still in warehouse being processed so they lied,and as a gesture of good will would refund part of my delivery fee,oh thank you,never again will I shop from this company.

I went in to Charlotte tillbury for the first time to have my foundation shade colour matched and I was made to feel so comfortable from Sadia and another blonde member of staff. Lovely girls such an enjoyable experience which I usually dread but they were so kind complimented my skin and just chatted away. I can't wait to visit again. Sadia was so honest and knowledgeable I felt so at ease with them. Great experience all around and staff are a credit to the store! I've had compliments all week about my skin it feels so glowy with my new products. Thanks again ☺️💕

I purchased gifts for my husband 08/12/21 for Christmas. I had to return them on
27/12/21 as they were not suitable. I was informed of their NO REFUND POLICY.
This made me very angry as two different sales assistants had told me I could return
them after Christmas for a refund.
Avoid this store if purchasing gifts unless you wish to exchange or accept gift vouchers.
Very disappointed.

Disgustingly filthy ladies toilets on 2nd floor, why would this store selling high end goods expect ladies to use facilities that are gross.
