Customer service is non existent. Returned a faulty bag along with shoulder straps (unusable as bag was faulty). Got an email a week after they recieved the return to say they weren't refunding the £20 straps as they didn't have the cardboard packaging around them. The cardboard packaging was the wrong packaging when I recieved them but I wasn't arguing with Aime from "customer services"for £20. Keep the shoulder straps and have lunch on me! Wouldn't shop again and would not recommend!

Fully agree with the previous review. Very poor customer service. I found the staff rude and patronising... quite a bizarre experience. Make sure you read their extensive return policy and numerous additional handling charges before you commit to buying anything online!

God help you if you have any problems with one of their products. They turn shockingly rude and take responsibility for nothing. It's like Jekyll and Hyde! They have no regard for their customers' experience and certainly not for their feelings.

This is a store I’ve always vibed with but my first time making a purchase. I ordered Montana cans online to collect in store. Quick delivery to store and efficient communication via email. When I arrived at the store the female sales rep was very helpful and fast in retrieving my order. Also chatty and clearly had good customer service skills. Certainly a good first impression and looking forward to my next purchase here.

Came to Glasgow without a jacket and didn't look at weather forecast, and boy did it rain, and for a long time, needed to get myself a waterproof jacket.
Visited the store and was surprised by how much Patagonia they had, i got a jacket, nice store, the end.

Didn't realise they had a paint section in the basement, friendly staff at Cassart directed me here, spoke to the staff and had a bunch of questions, they took the time and talked me through my options and gave me some good advice.

Son usually shops in store, due to this experience I’ve said for him not to anymore. He purchased jacket online and wanted to return as not good quality. Had to email fat buddha, did receive prompt response with returns no (reason for 2 stars) saying to either return at store in Queen St, Glasgow or post 2nd class with orange signed for receipt. Most companies now offer free returns and surprised co. Suggest 2nd class as they only give refund if they are in receipt of product within 14 days so do they hope they can withhold refund and only do exchange. Visited store today (Saturday) to return to be told ‘lady who does returns not in until Monday ‘ ??? They are retail and customers should be able to return products on a Saturday!!! In store expected me to leave returned goods without them giving me receipt for goods. Gent in store then said they can email my son (whilst I waited) to say goods refund would be processed Monday. Most customers would visit at Weekend due to work commitment yet retailer not working at weekend??? Only one person can do return, come on, shabby customer service Fat Buddha

Happened to walk along St. Vincent St and was attracted to the cool window display, went in and wow a whole wall of trainers!a massive choice of clothes,accessories,mens grooming products,books and magazines upstairs and art supplies downstairs, I could get lost in here for hours. The staff are all really friendly and knowledgeable and they play some funky music.
