Birthday party for a group of 9 year olds. Friendly , good set up, everyone had fun. Kiera was a friendly and efficient birthday host, would recommend.

Our daughter's birthday party was great and really well organised. All the kids had a great time and Kiera was a fantastic host!

Great experience for my son’s 10th birthday with 10 friends. Excellent help from Keira, she was a star. Really helpful and the kids had a brilliant time.

We had a 11th birthday party for our son with his friends. Amazing premiere birthday party. The crew was welcoming and helpful. Really recommend it.

Really struggling to find a fault with this place. Eight of us (all family and in the 20s to 30s age range) had pre-planned an adults day out (kids with their grandparents) and this was the final chapter in what was an enjoyable day!
We decided to pay for one game (£7.50 each, with additional deals if paying for more). To be honest, I think we all would have loved another shot and we’re all planning another visit soon.
Anyway, the online booking system was painless (with an added opportunity to pay a deposit only, which I took advantage of being the event organiser, paying the rest on the night). The induction was quick, with the relevant H&S stuff / house rules covered. Then, it was pretty much laser packs on and into the arena!
The format was Blue team versus Red team, with individual scores counting towards an overall team score, which were both displayed afterwards. Such a cracking laugh and hard not to go into full Commando mode! The arena was laid out well - plenty of hiding places, lots of space and a raised fort in the centre.
The 15-20 minutes flew in, genuinely. At no point was I bored and as previously stated, I’d have went again! Can’t recommend this activity enough - suitable for all ages and group sizes at a fairly cheap price!

My family and I had a fantastic time at the laser quest we played two games and enjoyed it. The only downside is the toilets the smelled and had a broken door which then led one of my family member to get stuck in the toilet a member came and helped un lock it and she was very nice.

We booked a birthday party for our daughter and her friends. It was a quiet night so they had the gaming area to themselves and they had a super time. Jess and the other staff member looked after us very well and were very good hosts. I took along extra party food as I wasn’t sure if the 2 slices of pizza from the party package would be enough and I was glad I did as they were all really hungry after running around! Booking was easy, communication and customer service was excellent and we had a very happy birthday girl. Thank you.

My daughter and son had a birthday party here today all the kids loved it they thought it was the best place ever!! Staff are soo friendly and lovely ❤️. Highly recommend.

A game slot is 20 minutes, with an additional 10 minutes for check in and pre game briefing. If you are playing minute than one game there is also a break between games

At Laser Quest you can buy hot and cold drinks and crisps chocolate and ice cream. Next door to Laser Quest is the Climbing Academy where there is a cafe that sells hot food
