The online booking system is a complete waste of time, after five unsuccessful attempts I phoned to book. This isn’t the first time I’ve encountered difficulties with booking online with them

Arrived early with grandchildren to see Chitty Chitty Bang Bang. Went to cafe at midday to find most things sold out with only a few baguettes more suitable for adults left for sale. People were leaving the food queue in disgust having been advised that was all there was. Bearing in mind that a Chitty Chitty Bang Band matinee is predominantly populated by children and was a full house I would have expected cafe management and staff to do better. The show however was wonderful as is the theatre itself. .

The venue is good with enough parking but catering has let it down again. Email received to say light lunch of soup sandwiches and cakes available. Queued for 10 min as only one member on to be told soup sold out and no sandwiches. It’s only 1250 not late. No notices anywhere to say no food. Even the manager didn’t know there was no food but had been let down by 3 staff members. Don’t let people wait so long to find out there is no food. Last time I would come early. Show fantastic though

We got to go see the classical symphony in the evening. It was inspiring and well worth the time and money. It was my wife's birthday, so she was very pleased. Great seats and very talented musicians. Highly recommend.
Not sure about all shows there, but if this was an example of what they offer, GO!

Lovely venue with more leg room than other theatres. Great facilities and very friendly staff. Great views of the stage even from the stalls.

Attended a show. We arrived early,plenty of seating in the waiting area,good selection of drink,cakes,sweets and sandwiches etc.
Very polite staff, they advised us on when the doors would be open and if we had any mobility issues.
The whole place including the toilets were clean.
Seats in the threatre were also clean,no rubbish on the floor etc.
Would definately go again soon!

Always a lovely visit but I miss their restaurant.
Not a bad seat in the auditorium.
The staff are really nice and helpful.
The online booking system really is not user friendly unfortunately.

Great night out at Eden Court
Show: Giovanni Let Me Entertain You is a must see! The talent on stage is just incredible. The show is funny, sexy, dynamic & fun! Giovanni & Lauren are at their brilliant best. Singers are sensational.
Important Info: walking distance of train station but seemed like lots of car parking options. Lovely location along the River Ness.
Bar: efficient service, standard range of drinks on offer. Is open most of the day so can get a snack (such as soup) & drink before the show.
Toilets; enough ladies toilets. Clean with hand towels that didn’t run out at interval
Fun fact: There is also a cinema.

Horrible experience from the start. Found out on arrival that the car park was closed. Didn't have time to go to Rose street. So awaiting for a fine now for parking God knows where. The mood is as low as can be already.
Getting to our seats to find out that we will have to sit on the bar chairs. How would I know when booking the tickets that the second row at the balcony is like this. Absolutely rubbish service.
The staff is really nice though. Very helpful and friendly.

Fantastic performance which was memorable but sadly evening affected by poor facilities and poor customer service
Parking overcrowded and chaotic requiring a parking slot to be found ad an inappropriately long distance
Long queues during interval for retail and bathroom facilities
It’s a shame the performance was let down by shoddy customer service

I was given a gift voucher for Eden Court theatre at Christmas. They expire in December 2020. Will I be able to use them when the theatre re-opens? Thank you.

We sat in one of the boxes number 12 and the front seats we had plenty room and could see the stage perfectly.
