Ho prenotato in anticipo online il tour per andare alle Cliffs of Moher. Il giorno del tour di primo mattino mi presento puntuale al meeting point, con zaino e attrezzatura adeguata, ma mi viene comunicato da un rappresentante dell'agenzia che il tour è stato cancellato. Mi viene offerta la possibilità di cambiare data,
ma io devo ripartire il giorno dopo. Comunque trovo alquanto scorretto che io non sia stata informata per tempo dall'agenzia. Tour operator scorretto e poco professionale. Spero almeno di ottenere il rimborso.

The guide gave us very comprehensive lecture of Irish history. He was also very willing to answer any questions about Irish culture. Our group was small enough, that we were able to create intimate atmosphere with other passengers. We were singing songs together etc. Me and my friend were also let to diverge from the pre planned schedule, and we could walk the whole coastal route from Moher to Doolin.

The company IRISH DAY TOURS, were to provide “Modern Comfortable Coach”, in stead we had an old 38 seater which had little if no suspension which is not good when you have a completely full bus for ac13 hour tour. The heating v air conditioner was terrible, you either were too hot or too cold. The young driver did his best so I’m not rating him except to say thanks, you did your best.

This company did. It show up for myself and for 4 others. I waited for over an hour. No one answers their phone. I have emailed and no one has responded. Apparently this is common for this tour operator according to the other Dublin guides. Still waiting on a response and a refund!!!

Shout out to Wes for the wonderful drive and his extensive knowledge about the whole Ireland. He is very humorous and welcoming which I felt so touched.
He even remembers the name of every passenger which i thought very thoughtful of him. All of the tour guide should just be like him. Had wonderful time at Moher with my husband. Btw, the glass ceiling bus was crazy hot that every passenger almost passed out.
Air conditioning is a must especially for summer days. It was nice to have big glass windows for sightseeing but honestly dont know why it had to be glass ceiling. Got the heat right on my head. Wes rocks. Thannk you a lot for brightening my days with your wonderful capability.

Could not have seen the beauty of the Cliffs without the superb driving and narration of our guide, Richard O’Brien! His knowledge was deep, and his insights added so much to our day in the Paddywagon bus! I hope everyone who takes a Paddywagon tour, regardless of destination, is lucky enough to have Richard as their guide.

Great tour guide Paul. Lots of wacky facts about 'the little people' but amazing luck with the weather. Really worthwhile trip from Dublin.

Children under the age of eight do not pay (with a paying adult), but I read that they are not guaranteed a seat. Is that correct?

I can´t answer that. We have been 2 adults. I do not think that all tours are really interesting for kids, as they would have to sit several hours in the bus.

We are looking at the Giants Causeway Tour. It says the two pick up points are O'Connell Street (Gresham Hotel) and Custom House Quay (Hilton Garden Inn). Which is the better pick up spot? We are from away but will have a car. Which one is easier to get to and find parking?

It is almost impossible to park in OConnel Street I would recommend public transportation which is easier. Enjoy your trip !

Yes, there is a stop over for lunch in a local traditional restaurant and the driver will take you there.

For smaller groups we use one of a kind panoramic glass roofed sprinter with leather reclining seats. Generally our coaches all have WC facilities on board. We are the only day tour provider to offer this and what it means for the customer is more time at the attractions
