We are an independent distillery in the buzzing Dublin 8 area of Dublin city, bringing our spirit of prosocial disruption to the world through science, community & nature.
Our signature collection of spirits are made with a selection of botanicals that will probably surprise you. In fact, that’s the point. We create beautiful drinks that you can’t get anywhere else.

One of the best things we did in Ireland! Glen was our host and made the experience so fun! Cannot recommend anything at Stillgarden enough!

Don’t miss out on this! The staff is fun, knowledgeable and creative. The format is seamless and the facility is upscale. What a lovely way to spend an afternoon in Dublin. Glenn is lovely.

So much fun!! A hidden gem. A local distillery that truly loves what they do. Our guide was amazing, very personable and makes the experience very enjoyable. The drinks we made were amazing! We had a great time.

Fantastic visit hosted by Flora who provided interesting insights into the history of gin and the gin making process.. The three gins we tasted were all delicious and I bought a bottle of each to take home. Visit concluded with a tasty afternoon tea. They also have great merchandise.

Such a cool and inventive tour -- urban foraging combined with cocktails! Conor was very knowledgeable and a great tour guide. Will definitely be making it down to the gardens soon!

Firstly we were little bit disappointed, but at the and we bought seversl bottles of gin and enjoyed this experience.
I think more hands-on experience can be shown. We saw the destillery equipment, get the description of their function and one coctail in entrance fee 20 EUR per person.
At the end we asked for tasting of gin aromas and tasted more gins. I liked this part most, but if we will not ask to taste more, the tour ended.
Big disadvantage is the distance from city centre.

Thanks for taking time to write the review. Sorry the location was further away than you expected. We're just 10 mins from Guinness but appreciate Dublin travel can be difficult.

This was an amazing experience! The staff member was very knowledgeable about the distilling process and made the class very fun. He created one of the cocktail recipes himself and it tasted so good! This is a small business so it felt very personal. Definitely a very hands on and enjoyable experience.

It was an amazing experience for the D8 Festival. I was in the other distilleries before so I would recommend this one much more. Tour Guide was great! The guy that received us, has a great personality also. The drink was perfect. Thank you all, for sure I will return with friends and family!

A beautiful experience! An amazing small oasis in the middle of Dublin. The lovely garden and the mango gin drink were the perfect match 😋. Highly recommended for cocktails in a chill atmosphere.
