So Insulted we went to see The Menu. We have been visiting this cinema for over 20years. Never in all that time have we been so insulted. At the beginning of the film we commented to each other on one of the actors we had seen before. My husband then commented to me half way through the movie they are really taking the Micky out of Michelin chefs. The next thing an employee leant over as he passed us and said we have had a complaint about you talking I couldn’t believe it. He then threatened to remove us if we didn’t stop. Surely you can pass a comment through a film without being told you will be removed. Well we were gob smacked never again will we darken your door Shaw Ridge. We are card holders and are seriously thinking of cancelling our membership.

Absolutely shocking to be prevented from watching a 15 rated film with our SON because we did not have photo ID for him! A) Who has a passport with them at the cinema?? And B) it was not a group of teens chancing their arm - he was with his 40 something parents!! Utterly astonished at their attitude and being made to feel like a criminal! My son is 4 inches taller than me!!!
I will be cancelling my unlimited membership tomorrow morning!! Do NOT expect any kind of dignified/sensible treatment at swindon Shaw ridge - Gemma you just lost Cineworld a loyal customer!!

Wasn’t to watch dr strange in 4DX. First time doing 4DX & it was epic.
The staff were efficient at serving drinks/food and very pleasant.
Would recommend this cinema & return.

On Saturday 29th May 2021, my wife took my son who 16 and has autism and our 4 year old granddaughter to see Peter Rabbit 2, the staff were very friendly and the place was very clean and tidy. They all enjoyed the film

Just back from seeing Jurassic Park in 4DX. Absolutely brilliant. Cinema well organised for Covid 19. New seating and effects are just superb.

Hotdogs are pre heated and kept warm in foil, not freshly picked off the rack as they used to be. Popcorn is also delivered precooked to the cinema in large plastic bags - no warm popcorn as you used to get. Costs are also ridiculously high.

Film was great. Staff friendly. Easy to book. Cinema screen itself was ridiculously hot. Not pleasant at all.

Turned up paid and the found out heating not working. Management useless. Just avoid and use Vue or elsewhere

A comfortable seating environment with clear views of the screen. Pleasant staff and good atmosphere. Booking procedures are clear and easy to use. We like this particular site as it’s easy to get access. Pricy seats we think and overpriced drinks and edibles. However we still go as it a good venue 😊

I went to see Unabomiable in screen 2. The seat was uncomfortable, not enough padding & I felt too low with the armrests too high. It was an expensive ticket to not feel comfortable.
