Highly recommend Black Cat Archery, fantastic set up with great targets through the forest, and what an amazing kids club with great instructors who are all fantastic with the students. A great value kids club where for 1 and 1/2 hours children can be children and learn a great skill and learn to connect back to nature and not a tablet or phone in sight :) as an adult I have also had a lesson which was really relaxed and enjoyable.

I'm new to archery and my kids have been super excited to give it a go.
Did an hour sessions with Chris Fox who is the instructor and manager.
Two little wooden longbows for the kids and a big one for me. 6 arrows each as well as everything else we needed. Chris was fantastic teaching me and the kids.
Great experience, equipment was fantastic and service and instruction was amazing.
Great location, toilet on site and just up the road a fantastic little cafe.

We had an awesome time, the instructor (Dave I think his name was) was super friendly and helpful and he was very relaxed - we were able to start shooting very quickly which was great! Starting with the training targets and then onto the woodland hunt.
My friends and I all had a great experience and would definitely go again. On a side note - we hope you manage to find the arrows we lost :D

Brilliant gift idea. Really enjoyed the archery lesson and the instructor was very good and patient, explaining everything. Trip into the woods to use my newly gained skill was brilliant. Highly recommend

Our party of 7 adults had never done archery before but after a great induction from Sheila we were let loose into the woodlands area to put into practice what we had learned and had a fantastic time. All of the staff were really helpful and would definately recommend this as a great day out.

Excellent day out, helpful staff. Good facilities and was easy to find. Lessons very thorough and a great trip into the woods.

Went to the woodland range with my girlfriend, after an induction and a teaching session where we learnt how to use a bow with accuracy from a very knowledgeable staff member (Chris) we were left to explore the woodland ranges. The woodland is full of dense foam animals that you shoot from various points, it is very impressive how they managed to make each scenario slightly different which creates a thoroughly enjoyable experience! (There is even a scorecard for those that are craving more competition) very cheap! Would highly recommend!!!

Super place for a top day out Chris and the member r very friendly and helpful the range is lots of fun with the wood land to make it much more of a experience than targets in the open . Witch they also do .

Arrived to take lessons in archery and ended up having full lessons in all the different bows, medieval sword fighting, air pistols and air rifles.
