One of the top fisheries in Kent. Well kept considering it is open to the public. Reasonable prices compared to other fisheries. Bailiffs are friendly and helpful.

Awful. The bailiff ‘Paul’ is a jumped up jobs worth. Acts and talks like he owns the place. Completely rude. Heard many fisherman in the area say the same thing about him. Had two days fishing there and didn’t catch a thing - nor did anybody else I saw either. Paul asked a fisherman to leave due to his landing mat being too small - despite it being regular size from a known tackle shop. He also took the money off the young boy before telling him to leave and refused Him a refund. Awful.

My first visit and a hidden gem, lovely lakes and bird life, easy to forget which way round you walk though. Parking easy.

Scoperto per caso, è un luogo in cui ho lasciato il cuore. Paesaggio bellissimo, in cui si possono realizzare splendide foto. Fauna stupenda. Spero di tornarci e trascorrerci più tempo

I visit these lakes every week, they provide a very pleasant walk and the wildlife is amazing. This year the Geese and their young seem to rule the whole neighbourhood even holding up traffice on Princes Rd while they escort the goslings safely across the road.

Rien de très spectaculaire mais offre un moment de nature et de détente dans un cadre champètre à 5 minutes du centre.

lovely place to walk around ...takes maybe 3/4 to get round all of them. Many fishermen visit here, but they usually keep themselves to themselves and don' hamper the walkers

Highly recommended for most species but especially carp.
Historically this was a place that was held in very high esteem in the very early years of Carp fishing and after a few problematic years is on the up again, not many (if any) originals left but the new fish certainly appear to be putting the weight on.

I came in through the tunnel from Central Park( there are many entrances) which is well lit and has background music. It is one lake split in two by a narrow walkway roughly through the middle, one of these is also known as Baldwin’s lake. A casual walk around both took me about 50 minutes, but I did not cross the middle. There are lots of birds around all paired up and nesting this time of year. There were notices up saying that Baldwin’s lake was to be closed at times for fishing competitions. There were quite a few fishermen as I went round. One side is used by Dartford Cadets. A very nice pleasant place to walk.
