Please note - I booked a party on good faith that the company would actually be OPEN! Turns out that despite knowing they would be closing they took my deposit of £50 only to be told that in fact they are closing and won't be refunding the £50 deposit. The Manager was incredibly rude and quite frankly I hope fails to get reemployed when she's out of a job in a few weeks time. Shocking.

What a joke too expensive for what it is. For a 1 year old it is £4.95. Very small indoor soft play for paying such a high price and you don’t get anymore for your money. The staff don’t even smile when you walk in. I won’t be going again and I will be reeling my other moms not to go aswell

This venue has great facilities and so much potential yet the very poor customer service has spoilt 4 out of 5 visits. Lack of professionalism, miserable staff always preparing to go home 2.5 hours before close. Advertise as open until 1800 however turn you away from 1645. Anyone who admits after 1530 is always greeted with the "look" as if to say how dare you! What a shame, this could be great!

First time visiting. Nice little place for toddlers and nice outdoor play area. Only negative thing to say really was the toilets were a bit messy with no toilet paper in the cubicles and the food and drinks are a bit pricey.

Its a great way for kids to mix and let off steam in a safe environment while you have a coffee. I'm not sure I'd want to eat here but all the kids were having a lovely time. The only negative point I have is that it looks a bit run down as you approach, especially the scarecrow but it's fine once you get in.

Absolutely shocking!!!
Had to pre order food weeks in advance, so you would think the food order would be correct. Brought out wrong food orders and was expected to pay for them. Was a meal missing and chef was nothing but vile and rude demanding she cooked the meal. Everyone complained how the food was disgusting, prawns was not cooked, meals were cold. When trying to speak to staff they was nothing but rude and wouldn't offer anything for the mistakes they made. Was my daughters 1st birthday meal and there was 20 of us so spent a lot of money here on nothing! Shocking customer service and will certainly not be attending here again!!!

There was about 15 of us today who visited this place for a childs 1st birthday. The food was expensive for what you got. It came out and we was all in shock. Black chips , snotty eggs very under cooked . Wraps filled with butter and not fillings that we ordered. Kitchen staff sent wrong meals out what a nightmare. Next food was so bad none of us could eat it. On asking for a refund we was told no and asked to leave. Kitchen staff so rude. Me my friends and family will never return to this hole. We thought we was on you been framed. But no it was real and we have been robbed. What an awful experience we all had today. Advice to people thinking of going to this shed. DONT BOTHER. There are cafes that offer better foods with delightful staff up the road.

We had a joint birthday party here for my daughter and her friend, when we booked we weren't given any information on what was included and for £9.95 a child we assumed we would get a lot more than we did !
On the day we were told we could go through to the party room and told the food would be coming out 5pm, we had no idea who the party host was and we had to keep asking for more squash ! We rounded the kids up at 5 to the party room where they sat for a further 10mins before any food came out ! We had 16 bored 4year olds who eventually got there food but there was no sign of any ketchup when I finally found the member of staff I was told it was in the party room like I should of known ! After sorting out the party I came out to order some food for my older children and was told the kitchen was closed from 5pm ????? Apparently I should of read the board !! Three of the girls went to the toilet and when they came back there food had gone been cleared away!! So we had more tears ! I asked to speak to the manager three times and with no response I was told that the manager was sat in the bar so I went through to speak to her, I was upset that she hadn't come out to see me. I have never experienced a manager as rude as I have that day she came out into the playbarn and in front of the whole party pulled the two members of staff over to have a go at them with me stood there and all the parents to see and hear, I was mortified it wasn't resolved. We even had to re group the children ourselves to sing happy birthday. We did get the teas and coffees complimentary but after I was told off for having a tab and I had to ask for this !! Staff were uninterested there was no party experience and the manager was rude and even after I apologised for being upset there was no apology back from her ! What a shame cause this place could be so good with the right staff and definitely management !!

Went here for family day out there were 15 in our party so spent quite a lot of money throughout the day on meals,drinks ,ice creams and crazy golf.The activities for the children were very good.but sadly the female staff were very rude .They had a couldn't care less attitude. One staff member kept getting our food order wrong.so that one of the children in our group waited one and a half hours for his meal.we did not even get an apology. This member of staff seemed more interested in eating and going outside to smoke.

Visited today woth family and young children. We all ordered food. First a baguette come out without butter , I asked for butter and was looked at as if I asked for something major! My nephew had to wait over an hour and half for food after the staff got the order wrong. Was told we had to wait till everyone in the whole place had received their food then he would do his. It was only chicken goujons and fries. Would of took 5 mins to do. There was no way of apology or offer of anything else. Probably the riders staff I have ever met! If you want food , and a pleasant service I definitely wouldn't recommend here!!!!!
