Professional and on time service transporting us from MAN to Chester and return at the end of the week. We called to modify pick up time the morning of our return and they accommodated without any issues. Safe drivers and quality vehicles. Would definitely recommend!

I am wondering if this company is just a con....
I have booked an early morning transfer to the airport. The online booking seemed fine, but to pay I had to do a bank transfer, and it asks you to confirm with the office to check it is received.
But it is IMPOSSIBLE to get through to anyone. Nobody has answered the phone all day. No reply to email. I don't know what anyone is meant to do if they have an issue on the day.
Now I don't know whether I can trust them to turn up. But I've paid my money, so am reluctant to book something else.

Our phone lines can be very busy especially throughout the holiday season this is why our voicemail advises to use the web chat or WhatsApp for a quicker response.
If you paid via bank transfer, we do ask for the payment to be confirmed so we can update the booking. This can also be done via email or WhatsApp - If you didn't receive an immediate response via email, there is a possibility the email went into the spam mailbox.
You also have the option to pay via card through the link emailed to you. Sometimes there can be an issue if the payment is declined for example, your bank will need to authorise the payment to ensure it is not fraudulent.
I also checked the system and can see your driver arrived 10 minutes early and everything went smoothly with the journey that morning.
We apologise your experience wasn't as expected and hope the information above clarifies your enquiries for next time. Please do not hesitate to get in touch if you require any further information.

Recently returned Canada from work assignment and booked a taxi home with MMA Transfers. Had two delays, one from Vancouver and another from Amsterdam. Contacted MMA Transfers informing them of the delay both times. Was assured from the company that they would monitor my flight and ensure a taxi was waiting for me on my return. Sure enough a taxi was waiting even after a 3 hour delay.
Taxi itself was immaculate both inside and out and driver very courteous and very safe and confident with driving.
Have informed my company to use MMA Transfers again and would highly recommend to anyone using Manchester Airport to use this taxi company with confidence.

Very professional, great customer service and easy to book through the website. Made the transfer one less thing to worry about when flying from Manchester. Will definitely use again in future.

Used MMA for transfers to and from Manchester Airport from Stockport. Have to say their service was excellent.
Collection was right on time in a very smart Mercedes’ Minibus. Driver was very well presented, polite and attentive. The return journey was in a Mercedes’ Estate - again very clean with an excellent driver. Wait time at the airport was only a few minutes from the T2 pick-up point.
Due to an error on my part, the collection for the return journey had to be moved (at fairly short notice) by 24th. They accommodated this without any fuss whatsoever.
All in all a really first class service that I wouldn’t hesitate to use (or recommend) again.

Excellent service!! I used it from Manchester Oxford Rd Station to Clayton Hotel to avoid the risk of getting Covid on a train before international departure. The driver was taking care of sanitary on his vehicle and was punctual. He also took special care of our luggage not to get wet in the rain when unloading. His friendly talk even entertained us. It was a good memory on the final day for us leaving Manchester.

I would not use any other taxi firm to take me from the airport to my destination. Every driver is kind courteous respectful and on time m. Cannot rate them highly enough. Easy to pay and efficient thank you

Hiya, I am travelling to Manchester for a concert at the MEN and staying at the printworks premier inn. We are going to a party after the concert in Darwen so would need a return trip leaving about 10.30pm and returning about 2am. With it being busy at the arena would it be better to be picked up from the hotel? Also how much notice for bookings is needed as I won’t know better timings until nearer the time.

If it were me and the hotel is nearby I would taxi from there. Also, I called MMA Transfers for an immediate pick up but I guess it depends how busy they are...if at least book an ‘about time’ ahead and then firm up nearer the event.
