Cooking with Charlotte was such a great experience. She shared her wealth of knowledge on food preparation and choosing ingredients. We really enjoyed the discussion on the differences between ingredients sourced in France vs the US. The intimate setting for sharing a cooking experience was memorable. It was pure fun!
The food was delicious and we are looking forward to recreating her recipes at home. We would highly recommend this experience to anyone visiting Paris.

We had SUCH a great experience cooking with Charlotte! Charlotte is welcoming, fun, a fountain of knowledge about food and its makeup, and a tremendously talented chef! The food we made together was DIVINE ( and all pretty easy to replicate when we return home): scallops - duck breast with last of the season figs - and a chocolate cake whose memory still makes us drool! Charlotte will tailor the menu, after being advised of your food preferences. This was a completely delightful evening in Paris. If you like to cook, and eat, and learn from an expert, book a day or night with Charlotte Puckette!

I booked this as a special treat for my husband (the cook in our family) and my 30th anniversary while in Paris. My husband was not thrilled when he found out this is what I had planned, but went along with it anyway. Afterwards, he could not stop raving about the day. We booked the lunch with market class. We met Charlotte at the market and she took care to make sure she was buying ingredients for a meal that we wished.
Our meal was delightful; both in company and food. Charlotte answered many of our questions about cooking utensils, knives, pots, and pans. My husband is always on the lookout to get better equipment and she patiently went over many things with us.
My husband wasn't feeling well and (at our request) Charlotte did most of the cooking while demonstrating and keeping up a running diatribe about techniques and methods. It was such an oasis of calm and American comradery (not to mention hearing English spoken!) in the midst of busy Paris.
Afterwards my husband said it was the best meal he had in years. Charlotte thoughtfully provided the recipes in American measurements and we look forward to trying to reproduce them at home.
It was an altogether wonderful experience and I cannot recommend it enough. In the end, we had to tear ourselves away because we could have sat there much longer; and Charlotte was so hospitable. Thanks so much Charlotte! We truly enjoyed meeting you and spending the day with you.

This was a highlight of our family trip to Paris! By the end of our visit with Charlotte, it was like saying goodbye to family. She was so much fun and gave great information abt the food we were buying and preparing. We all helped prepare the food we had for lunch. Charlotte and her helper, Susan, were very helpful also-my mom had some allergies (trees or grass) and Susan even went to the pharmacy to get her some medication. We were well taken care of. Everything was just perfect and I wouldn’t hesitate to say this is a must-do experience.

My boyfriend and I were in Paris a few weeks ago. We had the pleasure and privilege of taking one of Charlotte’s classes. It was by far, the highlight of our trip. Charlotte and her assistant were a joy to spend the day with. From shopping to cooking to gathering around the table with delicious food and wonderful wine, everything about this class was perfect Charlotte welcomes you into her home for a true Parisienne experience. Would love to do it again next time we are in this beautiful city.

This was an absolutely amazing experience from start to finish! Walking through the market with Charlotte was such a treat, as she is so knowledgeable about the meat and produce and even explained to us the differences between American and French products. We felt so welcome in her home and had a very hands on experience with cooking all the dishes. The food was delicious and the company could not have been better. It truly felt like a wonderful afternoon spent with friends.

Charlotte welcomed my partner and I as a surprise birthday gesture this summer and it was a joy - the space, her Chef's assistant and her menu was tailored to fit his tastes and we left feeling that we'd spent the night with friends. The welcome cocktail was a real treat! Some photos attached from our cooking adventure.. my only hope now is to try to recreate some of the flavours we sampled with Charlotte in her home. Thank you for welcoming us and for giving this American girl in Paris a taste of home.

Charlotte was INCREDIBLE! I was looking for a fun experience in Paris with my boyfriend and this exceeded every expectation. The food was amazing, and we actually left with recipes we can make ourselves! On top of all that, Charlotte was an incredible and gracious host and the evening was delightful. Couldn't recommend enough!

This class was hands-down the best thing we did in Paris... If you are remotely interested in cooking, sign up for Charlotte's class. I highly recommend the Market Tour and Cooking Class with Lunch to start your day. We loved shopping at the market and not to mention the cheese shop. That day we prepared chicken tagine and a delicious chocolate cake. The tagine was so tasty, we decided to make it for friends when we got back home.

This experience was on our bucket list and it did not disappoint. Charlotte is personable and informative. We had such fun shopping at a local market for the ingredients for our lunch and Charlotte gave us many hints on what and how to buy things. Then, we walked to her fabulous kitchen near Rue Cler. All I can say is AWESOME! The whole class was hands-on and certainly took us out of our comfort zone. We created a delicious lunch of Roquefort Souffle with salad, Chicken Tagine followed by a cheese course and Chocolate Fondant Cake. YUM!
If you've ever wanted to take a cooking class in Paris, I highly recommend Charlotte Puckette. Thank you for a wonderful experience!
