Hi Mohara, I would email Paul at Riviera Cycling. I can't speak for him, but I would confidently speculate he could, based on conversations I've had with him. The key is more about time than miles. I had only allotted total 2 hours so the 3-hour first ride seemed a bit much when suggested. But Paul knows the area, where to stop, take pictures, eat, so the ride was delightfully balanced and it was a good move that I handed the reins over to him. I would suggest that you want to get up on the higher roads to get the views. The promenade along Nice is not going to give you anywhere near the same experience. If there's someone in the group that cannot keep up or may be concerned about their ability on hills, consider an electric bike.
