Absolutely loved the accommodations. Super central. Walking distance to everything. Clean. Modern. Great indoor/outdoor space for relaxing. Coffee shop 100 meters down the road. CAY provided excellent communication and were incredibly responsive.

Spent 10 days in a flat managed by CAY. The communication was good. The flat was just as pictured and nice clean when we arrived. Had enough starter things (paper towels, etc ) to get us going. We called with a little maintenance item during our stay and they sent someone over right away to address it.

Faultless customer service and great selection of apartments. Cannot fault the care, understanding and attention that the team in Chamonix have shown during the pandemic hit 18 months. Having booked apartments with them in the past we were looking forward to revisiting in 2020 sadly that was not possible but CAY were prompt and responsive enabling us to change dates and even more helpful when our circumstances changed shortly before the rearranged 2021 date. Looking forward to finally making it back again in 2022.

Since our long booking was curtailed due to COVID 19 I have sent you a number of emails to all your regular email addresses but unfortunately you have not chosen to respond. This is very concerning.

Our first visit to Chamonix was great and CAY were superb in getting everything organised for us and from the outset; booking the apartment, ski hire, transfers etc. The apartment was in a fantastic location. Everyone in the office is so helpful and I would highly recommend them to anyone. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable and we shall definitely be coming back!

Popped in to see Chamonix All Year to book a day skiing the Vallee Blanche. Easter Sunday meant plenty of their usual contacts were on holiday, but Beth helped out and went above and beyond to make sure I was not only booked in, but then provided advice about what to hire, where from and generally what to expect.
Needless to say, I would highly recommend them! They have plenty of contacts and I was charged no more than had I booked with the tour companies direct, but they did all the graft!

First time I have booked through CAY and it started with me booking accommodation for the wrong week - CAY were able to adjust at no cost. They also advised and booked everything else we needed incl. transfers, ski passes and lessons. The team were always very responsive and helpful. Overall, a very positive experience.

We were a party of two families: four adults, one 7 year old and two teenagers staying in Caprice des Neiges chalet during February halt-term. We arrived early evening after an efficient transfer from Geneva to Chamonix. We were welcomed by our super helpful Chamonix All Year rep chatted through what the chalet had to offer: excellent facilities, underfloor heating, hot tub, keys, ski/board store and the best places to eat and drink, other activities available to us, such as free use of the local spa, luge, bus timetables etc…
Chamonix All Year had also sorted out our lift passes, our rep also took the time to talk through current ski conditions and the best places to go during our stay. We had pre-booked in-resort transfers so we could take advantage of other ski areas and a day trip to Courmayeur.
Chamonix All Year arranged for all our ski gear to be delivered and fitted when we arrived so we could hit the slopes first thing in the morning with no fuss. Also easy to change gear if needed - one of our party changed from boarding to skiing mid-way through the week.
The layout of chalet works well for larger groups. We had one family on lower ground floor and the other family on first floor with communal dining, living area on the ground floor. There is plenty of space for everyone. The views are magnificent from different aspects around the chalet, particularly from the large balcony where the hot tub is located, which was easy to use, maintain and big enough for our party.
The chalet is well equipped: super amenities, clean and spacious, modern kitchen and bathrooms, lovely Alpine décor and plenty of storage space for everyone’s gear. A real luxury home from home.
The location of the chalet is excellent. It is about a 10 minute walk down to the Savoy nursey slopes, Les Praz gondola and the town centre - perfect for popping to the supermarket for provisions, apres ski and eating out. Great choice of restaurants nearby.
We thoroughly recommend staying at Caprice des Neiges and the helpful staff a Chamonix All Year really cannot do enough for you. A superb trip – looking forward to coming back next year!

Never book with Chamonix all year. They took all our deposit at the end of the holiday when we booked Chalet des Cimes claiming we had left the chalet a mess and accessed the owners cupboards which we hadn’t and accused us of stealing. This is due to the fact that we complained at the beginning of the holiday that the double bed settee was not big enough for two people and one of the showers were only suitable if you were under 5ft. We consist of 3 families who all own £2m properties each in the uk so do not need to steal other people’s belongings and I think they do this to make money. Do not use this company.

We are sorry that you were not happy with your stay in our chalet. The upstairs bathroom is shown in the photographs and the fact that one of the beds is a sofa bed is also mentioned on our website. The chalet is rented as is and as such we unfortunately could not change these amenities for your stay, but we do take all feedback on board for possible future improvements. We are in discussions with you directly following your departure due to the various damages that were left in the chalet and of which we have photographs. These include the locks broken on the owners’ private cupboards and some belongings removed and used. We invite future guests wondering whether to book with us to check our other reviews online, as we are proud to say that 96% of our guests recommend us.
