‪Prima e-bikes voor een super middagje Berlijn!‬

‪Fijne ontvangst van een aardige man. E-Bikes werken prima en zijn heel compact en wendbaar. Na een hele middag fietsen was de accu van één fiets wel leeg en er waren wat problemen met de versnelling van de ander. Verder alles heel goed geregeld!‬

‪#1 bike rental shop in Berlin‬

‪Meself and a friends wanted bikes for ourselves to get around the city fast and efficiently.
We initially rented two of the e-cruiser bikes, which are incredible bikes, but after seeing the new fleets of mountain e-bikes, we knew we needed to ride one. So Michael kindly let us swap one of the e-cruiser for the new e-MTB fleet he had just taken in.

Both bikes served us incredible well, no doubt this is the best way to get around the city.

The e-cruiser is a comfort beast, while the e-mtb allowing for more aggressive style of city riding. We spent the two day rental switching between both bikes.

No rental shop in Berlin comes close to the quality of bikes and service that you receive from urban bike rental. I cannot speak highly enough about our experience with them.

‪Berlijn opnieuw ontdekken‬

‪Wij komen al heel wat jaren in Berlijn, maar gids Michael wist ons toch weer te verrassen met plekken die wij nog niet kenden. De fietsen waren prima, het weer uitstekend, een mooie fietservaring erbij.‬

‪Fahrrad ausgeliehen und super zufrieden‬

‪Hatte dort ein Fahrrad ausgeliehen für 3 Tage und war super zufrieden. Da ich ich unbedingt einen Fahrradkorb vorne am Fahrrad wollte und er so eines auch da hatte für mich. Es wurde noch kurz die Höhe eingestellt und und ich hatte auch noch ein anderes Schloss bekommen, da das erste nicht funktioniert hatte.‬

‪Toffe fietszaak‬

‪Wij deden geen tour, maar huurden fietsen voor een week bij Urban Bike. Prima sportfietsen, goede service en vriendelijk personeel. Ik huurde ook nog een racefiets voor een dag. 7 dagen per week open in het hoogseizoen. Vanaf nu ons vaste adres voor het huren van fietsen.‬

‪Great tour and guides‬

‪We had a really fun day. Guide was really knowledgeable and friendly. He went at good pace around the city and we all really enjoyed the day. Bikes were also in really good conditions. Thanks! ‬

‪Great tour & excellent customer service‬

‪We did a 3 hour bike tour around Berlin. Our guide, Brian, was excellent and very informative. He kept the tour interesting and we moved around the city quickly but he always took the time to explain each of the sights to us.

The customer service afterwards was second to none though. I needed tickets printed and had forgotten to ask the hotel if they could accommodate. Back at the shop, Michael and Brian both helped us to print the tickets and also offered suggestions of where to go for lunch and Christmas markets.

We really enjoyed this tour and would happily go again but the customer service really left us with a good feeling about this place.

‪Wonderful experience‬

‪Heinz is the nicest guy we met in Berlin. We called him one hour before and he offered to take us on a bike private tour for my friend and me as such short notice. We really enjoyed the explanation during the trip and his happiness. It was a wonderful afternoon and I recommend it +++.‬

‪Incroyable !
Heinz nous a validé en quelques minutes pour l’après-midi même !
Un tour de 2h, des anecdotes et une connaissance parfaite de Berlin.
On aura pas pu espérer mieux ni voir autant en seulement 3 jours à Berlin.
Idéal pour les cours séjour et pour apprendre plein de choses !
Bienveillant et intéressant, nous avons fait le tour que tous les 3, à un prix vraiment attractif. Je recommande !!‬
