We were so pleased with all services we received from Tom and his associates while in Berlin to pick up our beautiful new Papillon puppy. Tom was extremely responsive to any requests we had, getting back with us in the middle of his night, if that was when we contacted him. All texts and emails were quickly and efficiently handled, and all requests handled expeditiously.
Tom arranged a private 4-hour tour with Klaus while we were there. We learned so much from Klaus for such a short time. Klaus picked us up is a spacious new Mercedes, which was most comfortable. Klaus saw that our every need was met.
So glad we booked the airport transfer with Tom for our return to the US. We had been assured by the Adlon hotel that someone would be available to help us get a taxi for our 3:30 AM transfer to the airport. When we were ready to leave the Adlon, there was no one in the hotel lobby who could have gotten us a taxi, nor was there any traffic that might have been a taxi. Thank goodness we had pre-booked with Tom for that airport transfer and that Tom had booked us with Sebastian.
Sebastian helped us get our luggage out of the hotel, into the car, and into the airport and to the correct kiosk for check in. An invaluable service. He made everything so easy.
What a great group to deal with. We highly recommend Tom and his associates for any transportation needs while in Berlin!

Excellent service, knowledge, professionalism , punctual and kind. We spent 2 days with Tom and he stood out from all other services with his professionalism. He not only chauffeured us throughout the city - he was also a highly knowledgeable guide who (as a true Berliner) had much more to offer than any other guide or service we found . If ever in Berlin - Tom and his service is highly Reccomended

Thank you very much for your very nice review. It has been a pleasure to guide you through our vibrant City. By focusing on WWII it was also very interesting to me to go to places I haven't been for a very long time like the Luftwaffenmuseum or the FLAK-Tower at Humboldthain Park.
I hope you had a safe trip home and look forward to being able to guide you again, maybe on a longer lasting tour through Germany in the not too far future.

Es war sehr kurzfristig, als ich die Aufgabe bekam, für die Besucher der Firma ein Fahrservice in Berlin für 2 Tage und weitere 3 Flughafen-Transfer zu finden. Durch Googlesuche landete ich bei ProLimo's Website, die mich sehr ansprach. Jetzt sind alle Besucher abgereist, und -
Alle Firmengäste, damit auch wir selbst, sind ausnahmslos begeistert von dem Service von ProLimo. Denn -
- Wir konnten direkt und persönlich Anfragen und all unsere Forderungen stellen und während des professionellen, sehr freundlichen Telefonats alles klären;
- Auch kurzfristige Veränderungen waren für ProLimo kein Problem. Herr Förster bzw. die Fahrer waren nämlich immer gut erreichbar und konnten humorvoll, geduldig mit Veränderungen umgehen und Lösungen finden.
- Während des Einsatzes waren alle Fahrer sehr zuverlässig, freundlich und hilfsbereit, die Vans und Limousinen immer im prima Zustand.
Das war also eine maßgeschneiderte Dienstleistung von ProLimo, warmherzig - was ich auf jeden Fall vorziehe. Denn so toll wie die unpersönlichen Online-Buchungsmöglichkeiten bei vielen Anbietern sein mag, fehlt es da immer diese menschliche Wärme wie bei ProLimo. Und wenn es zu Veränderungen kommt, kann solcher Online-Automatismus sehr undurchschaubar und kompliziert sein, sodass der Kunde Geduld verliert, verärgert, verzweifelt. Am Ende spart man doch kaum was.
Daher: ProLimo ist klassisch und Klasse - wird immer unsere erste Wahl sein, um unseren Besuchern unsere Herzlichkeit und Gastfreunlichkeit zu beweisen.

Tom met us right outside of the arrivals area with a sign with our name and had us to his beautiful Audi in less than 5 minutes. A true professional from start to finish. Very responsive to email inquiries prior to arrival. He provided us many recommendations on our drive from Tegel airport to our hotel. Highly recommend.

Tom Forster arranged for our family of 4 to be picked up at midnight! at the train station, following a harrowing experience involving airport shut-down and evacuation--a much-appreciated last-minute shift in plans. Tom was incredibly kind & helpful! We also used his guide services in Berlin, and he showed us not only all the top sights, but also several off-the-beaten-path points of interest. He shared personal insights & experiences, and truly made the city come alive through his knowledge and stories. Simply the best!! Our very highest recommendation for Tom Forster & ProLimo!

We used ProLimo on our recent visit to Berlin. Our driver met us at the airport and escorted us to a very spacious, clean Mercedes van. The driver was very polite and happy to answer any of our questions about Berlin. Very informative and professional. We also used the service for a concert and our driver dropped us off very close to the entrance and picked us up at the same spot. This time in an Audi sedan. Again, very elegant and clean vehicle. On our departure, the driver was happy to drive us by one of the historical sites on our way to the airport. Also, our flight was delayed but Tom and his driver advised us to go to the airport at the original scheduled time to ensure that we were checked in on time. How right they were, another passenger arrived late and had to argue with the airline staff to get checked in.
Highly recommend ProLimo Berlin. Very courteous and professional drivers in elegant, beautiful vehicles.

We booked Tom Forster because of the recommendations on TripAdvisor. When we arrived in Berlin and walked out with our bags, Tom took charge. Off we went to his beautiful Audi 8. Tom then gave us information on Berlin and took a route to avoid a holiday road blockage, but we never wasted a minute. Tom does offer guided tours as well, but we were unable to use his services as we were already booked and all time filled up. His cost was very fair, and when we are in Berlin again, we will definitely use Tom Forster of ProLimo.

I booked Tom for an airport transfer for business travel as I had seen the good reviews on Tripadvisor. Tom was great, the booking process was very efficient and Tom was at the airport, early for the pick up. What I hadn’t realised was that Tom was an excellent tour guide. I then booked a short tour of Berlin before heading back to the airport on my return journey.
Tom is an excellent tour guide. He is very knowledgeable about all aspects of Berlin’s history and has a great locals view of what is like to live and work in Berlin.
